When we first went there we were in an out and every time they get slower and slower. Our previous venture it was 15 minutes for two coffees and chocolate which fine they were busier. This time less people in the place one coffee took 25 minutes

I would give it 3.5 stars but 3 will do. The chocolate is very good but over priced. We got the advertised Dubai Chocolate and strawberry cup.. $15 😧It is hard to justify the cost even while very good. The service is adequate and the environment is nice but seems a bit wonky in the layout. I would go back but only for a quick gift idea.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the service received on July 13th Despite placing our order before other customers who were subsequently served, we waited 20 minutes without our food. Upon inquiring repeatedly with staff, we were consistently told our order was 'next.' After a further 10-minute wait (totaling 30 minutes) and observing that our order had not yet commenced preparation, we were forced to cancel and request a refund. This experience fell far below reasonable expectations. Don’t ever come here if u want to be treated with disrespect.

I tried the “Dubai Chocolate Strawberries” and was really disappointed. The portion was tiny for the high price, and the flavor didn’t match the description at all. It definitely wasn’t pistachio cream or milk chocolate as advertised — it tasted more like condensed milk. They also claim it’s dipped in white chocolate, but that wasn’t the case either. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund, but overall, not worth the hype or cost.

I'm here on the 25th of June beautiful day and the staff was very rude. You're supposed to be open at 10 but they're running late. I knocked on the door to ask a question. And they sat there and just ignored me if there wasn't for the young lady finally coming out and saying that they're late. We were just been standing out here. I'm standing out here with about 6 people.

Multiple critiques about Way Chocolate and Coffee cafe. I ordered the strawberry cup which is supposed to be the Dubai Chocolate, but in a cup and of course, with strawberries. However, the “pistachio cream” wasn’t a cream, and more like a syrup and the kataifi crumbs that are supposed to be mixed IN the pistachio cream, were sprinkled in sections throughout my layered cup. Lastly, the chocolate was just awful. After experiencing the strawberry cup at Melt n Dip, there is no comparison. At Way, the portions were half the size for nearly double the price. If you come here, DO NOT order the strawberry cup. I will not be returning.
While waiting to place our order another customer brought their food item back to the counter. Not sure what was wrong with it but the employee took the item from her and placed it back in the display case presumably to be sold to someone else after having been handled by another customer. Gross.
