Went Thur drive thru with my mobile order. As soon as I got to the second window the order was ready. The food was good except for the nuggets. They were kinda stale. Everything else was great.

Customer service was horrid, but it's Wendy's. Then the church music kicked in and it really made sense.
Service sucked. Asked for 2 biggie bags only got 1, asked for sprite and got coke when I asked to change to sprite worker closed the window and walked away. Terrible service 0/10 recommend

They are terrible we walked in. There was 1 black rude lady working. She told me if I want to order it has to be at the kiosk. I respond I have $5.00 on my app. She said I can't help your. I will never go there again.

The number one combo is priced $8.89 on the drive-thru sign, but when they ring you up it’s $9.99. I asked why, and nobody could give me an answer. Price your food properly on your drive-thru signage.
