This location is horrible. Living just 5 mins away from this Wendy’s I’ve visited multiple times and sadly every visit ended in disappointment. My order is always missing an item or just completely wrong all together. I understand mistakes happen, however taking that into consideration I gave them another try on multiple occasions and still the same result. Will no longer be giving this location any business. I’d suggest spending your money elsewhere unless you like cold, ill-prepared food or something you didn’t order.

Yes I love Wendy's and I go there more than I should but at a quarter to 11:00 in the morning you should not get fries that have been overcooked or re-cooked we pay good money for these products it's a shame

I came to Wendy’s specifically because they were advertising the new chicken tenders. I was excited to try them, only to be told at the drive-thru that they were out. It’s extremely frustrating when a company promotes a new item but doesn’t have it available. If you’re going to run ads for something, at least make sure the store is stocked and prepared. Wasted time, wasted trip, and very disappointing service.

Wendy’s fell off big time customer service from the crew to the management is garbage reason the higher management is trash sit around all day, gossip while customers are in line we work too hard for money to go down the drain Wendy’s needs to revamp there whole staff got staff that just looks at you like your dumb

Terrible experience, not safe to eat. Saw two members of the staff, who were not wearing gloves, touch customers' fries while handling them, to put them in the bag. One of them was also handling the register... Touching money. One of those customers was me. I asked the young lady to please remake them, to which I saw her hand the fries to the employee at the fry basket, only to have that employee dump them into where they keep the cooked fries and then proceed to scoop and put them into a box for me. This basically contaminated all of the other fries in the bin.... Additionally, I requested no pickles and there were pickles.

Went here for breakfast. Muffin sandwiches were cool, not hot. Pull apart cinnamon roll were like warm and dry. Part of the whole open kitchen, is so you can see the shift supervisor, reach for your French toast sticks with his BARE hands, and toss them into the fryer. Real quality control here folks.

Right in a convenient spot but avoid it unless you’re in an absolute necessary situation. They’re open late but often have very limited options after 8pm. Key food items often missing or incorrect (often being 3 out of 4 times in the past month). Check your bag in the drive through if you need any “extra” items (forks, napkins, straws).
Our fault for continuing to go back but we’ll adjust and plan better in the future. Hope this helps someone in the future.
