Service very slow

Service is extremely slow here cars lines up and waiting to order and pick up food forever and staff arguing each other in front of the customers.

The store manager to this location is absolutely horrible at their job! This location is constantly getting orders wrong and multiple complaints and bad reviews and nothing gets done about it. I paid for a combo meal and received something off the value menu! No refund not even a call back.

I ordered a Son of Baconator, no cheese, add lettuce. Somehow, that equated to reduced bacon. It seemed they took 1 strip and cut it into 4. Crazy that this was a near $7 sandwich. After this, I'm taking a break from Wendy's todays food was trash, in my opinion.

Wendy's food is good, but the rating drops when the staff that works here has a rude and poorly educated attitude (I think it was the manager, he kept yelling at his staff and made the atmosphere quite tense to eat there, they do not comply with safety regulations since the staff wear jewelry and long eyelashes (which can fall into the food)

Slowest wendys ever. They can't handle bandwidth of delivery orders so it takes 30 minutes. Also when ordering mobile is pointless because they still don't start order unless you tell them you placed online order. Honestly might be worst wendys ever. They mean well but it's a mess

Holy Cow. Where do I start. We typically take kids to a drive through after soccer and it’s usually chic-fil-a. Given its Sunday we had to find an alternative and we landed at Wendy’s.

Today we walked in because one of the kids had to go to the bathroom. No one was at the counter to take our order so I just ordered from the kiosk. No lie it took 30 minutes for the food to come as the workers walked so slowly, it was almost on purpose. We ordered 3 nugget and fry meals. We get in the car and one of the kids starts screaming because they filled all three kids meals either spicy nuggets. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this was a hot mess from start to finish. Never again at this location, and maybe never again Wendy’s. Hire better staff and increase prices a few bucks if that’s what it takes.

If you are not open until 2, then change your hours listed. My husband placed a mobile order and the staff inside would not answer the drive through and they clearly avoided looking at him to let him know if you were closed or not. Why would you still have mobile orders on if you're going to stay open but avoid customers??? Very rude.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience I had at your location. I placed an order through the drive-thru microphone, but before I could finish, the microphone was unexpectedly turned off. To continue placing my order, I drove up to the window and attempted to add more items.

At the window, an older employee handed me my order and I explained that I was not done and wished to add additional items. Unfortunately, he informed me that I would need to pay for my current order and then drive around again to place the rest of my order. I was taken aback by this response, as I had clearly been interrupted while placing my order through the microphone. Despite my polite explanation, the employee insisted on his stance and was unwilling to assist further.

I must say that I found the interaction to be frustrating, as the employee's response was not only unhelpful but also rather dismissive. His customer service was lacking, and he was dismissive of my request, which created an unpleasant experience. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that occasional mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and courtesy.

I believe additional training in customer service would be beneficial for this employee, as respectful and helpful communication is key in creating a positive experience for customers. I hope that my feedback can be used to improve service and ensure that future interactions reflect the standards of quality and care that customers expect from your brand.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Attempted to order at the counter and none of the 8 employees would make eye contact or approach the register. We ordered from the kiosk. They had one uber order in the queue ahead of us. Ten minutes later, I approached the counter where 6 employees were in a circle gossiping and 2 other were actually working. The woman who finally “helped” me seemed annoyed. She asked me which order I was waiting on (still only 2 in the store). She instructed one of the other employees to finally drop our fries. 4 minutes later I finally got our order. To their credit, it was at least correct.

BUYER BEWARE

Went the other day for lunch and only got a single combo. Price came to about $10.64 (after tax) at the speaker. When I came up to the window I was then told my total was $11.14. Thankfully I stopped handing my card and told them that’s not the total I was given at the speaker. The lady looked behind her at who I assume was the manager of the store as if to ask him what to say. He didn’t say anything and she turned around to tell me that there must have been a mistake. She tapped on her screen as the manager walked off before I could ask to talk with him as he didn’t seem to care about my problem. She tells me it’s corrected and giving the benefit of a doubt I pay, but when I asked for a receipt she told me they didn’t have receipt paper. Now present day and I check my bank statement and of course I was charged the wrong amount. I used their website the math out the price and of course they changed 50 cents more AFTER tax.

Even if it’s half a dollar, DON’T trust that this Wendy’s won’t commit fraud.

No paper towels in the toilet area.
Dumb air dryers yuck spread more germs. Slow staff

Night staff is the pits. Mishandled my order and when we called to ask about it and seek a resolution, they were very rude, even hung up the phone on us twice. Will NOT recommend or revisit this location!
