Came in tonight November 20th around 6:45pm the young man who helped in the drive thru last name “Hernendes” was super helpful and friendly, best service I’ve had in any costumer service place in a long time

I guess it’s asking too much for a fast food worker making $15/hour to take an order via the drive through now, because this Wendy’s is using AI to take your order instead of the human being inside.
Yes, you read that right.
You now literally speak into the electronic board like you’re talking to Alexa or Siri. It listens, displays what you said back to you, tries to upsell you, and then completes taking your order.
Sounds great, right?
No, not great, okay?
Not only is it lazy and unhuman, it got my order wrong. Trust me, I did enjoy my cold Jr. Cheeseburger as much as I would have enjoyed the freshly made Big Bacon Classic that I ordered.
Why did this happen?
Because the human who would have normally taken my order would have keyed it in and handed it to me, and would’ve made sure it was correct.
And, he/she would have made sure I got a receipt, which I also didn’t get.
Service has been lacking at this Wendy’s for awhile now, but this will be the last time I come here.
$12 for a cold kids burger and some old burnt ratchet fries because this billion dollar corporation wants AI to take your drive-thru order.
TRASH!

I come to this Wendy’s pretty consistently and have previously never had an issue, but I had an uncomfortable experience tonight that makes me hesitant to go back again anytime soon.
I went through the drive through and when I got to the window, he lied to me about my order total. I ordered a #1 meal and the screen had said $10.49, but he told me “That’ll be $20.49.” I assumed he had an incorrect order on his screen, so I clarified what I ordered, and he said “Yes, that’s $20.49.” I was completely bewildered and asked “For the one meal?” “Yeah our prices went up this last week,” he said. Having worked in customer service for almost 10 years, I tend to side with employees and give them the benefit of the doubt, but I was still in disbelief so I double-checked the order one or two more times, and he kept telling me the same thing. Finally I said “May I cancel my order?” Only then did he say he was just playing with me. He said he jokes with customers all the time about their order totals to see their faces/reaction.
I didn’t get a name for the employee (or a receipt, actually—I drove away and realized he hadn’t handed it to me and it wasn’t in the bag, either), but I want to try to protect anyone else from the confusion and discomfort I experienced tonight.
He didn’t seem to be truly mean-spirited, but that kind of behavior is not only completely unprofessional, it’s truly unkind. Furthermore, many people are struggling seriously with both finances and food security, so something like this could be a very cruel to some. I’m hoping others are spared this kind of interaction.

Great service awesome night Crew recommend this Store when in the area 💯💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I frequently visit Wendy's in Hamblin because the food is delicious and the facilities are spotless. I went into the restrooms and saw they'd been renovated. The manager's customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I enjoy having breakfast there in the morning. Kudos to the two ladies who serve me.

Zero stars. Attitude sucks from management. Extremely frustrating experience. My receipt clearly said coffee, yet I was given a soda instead. It’s not complicated. if the order says coffee, provide coffee. Attention to detail matters, and employees should be able to read and fulfill an order correctly.

Wait times are high, food doesn't always come out accurate and always seems to be thrown together haphazardly. Workers act like they hate their lives.

I just got Wendy’s. I said no pickle no onion and got both. The French fries were cold and hard. The only saving grace was the chili was good. Otherwise terrible. Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to.

Ordered grilled chicken wrap and I got old chicken that was hard as a rock and been sitting all day. Also ordered a burger and the burger was cold and it only had 1 small piece of bacon on it. Very disappointed in the food quality.

What is the point for the mobile app?? We ordered our food 10 to 15 mins before arriving. They can track that we are arriving and yet when we get there the food is not ready. They alwaysssss happens!!! Do better and respect peoples time. We are using the app for convenience!! We had to wait 30 mins for the food to be ready. Absolutely unacceptable!! Chick fil a always has our food ready and waiting. Be better Wendy’s.
