Wait times are high, food doesn't always come out accurate and always seems to be thrown together haphazardly. Workers act like they hate their lives.

I just got Wendy’s. I said no pickle no onion and got both. The French fries were cold and hard. The only saving grace was the chili was good. Otherwise terrible. Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to.

Ordered grilled chicken wrap and I got old chicken that was hard as a rock and been sitting all day. Also ordered a burger and the burger was cold and it only had 1 small piece of bacon on it. Very disappointed in the food quality.

What is the point for the mobile app?? We ordered our food 10 to 15 mins before arriving. They can track that we are arriving and yet when we get there the food is not ready. They alwaysssss happens!!! Do better and respect peoples time. We are using the app for convenience!! We had to wait 30 mins for the food to be ready. Absolutely unacceptable!! Chick fil a always has our food ready and waiting. Be better Wendy’s.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – A Top-Tier Fast Food Favorite
Wendy’s continues to deliver some of the best fast food out there. I stopped by for dinner (been here plenty of times), and once again, the food did not disappoint. The Double Baconator was juicy and cooked just right—every bite was a reminder of why I keep choosing Wendy’s over the other guys.
I love that you can get a baked potato as a side. It makes the whole meal feel a little more “balanced” without sacrificing flavor. And the Frostys? Let’s talk about that Caramel Vanilla Crunch—it’s dangerously good. Don’t skip the extra caramel. Trust me.
Service was… fine. Not bad, just kind of there. I was the only car in the drive-thru and it felt a little dull. But honestly, when the food is this good, I can look past a less-than-enthusiastic handoff.
The Wendy’s app is super easy to use—great deals, rewards, and mobile ordering that actually works. Just say “mobile order” at the speaker and you’re good to go. The future of fast food is digital, and Wendy’s is on the right track.
Yeah, it’s a bit pricier than McDonald’s, but the quality difference is night and day. Wendy’s is still a go-to in my book. Keep searing those burgers and pouring the caramel—we see you, Wendy.

Rude drive thru that talks over you while you’re trying to order. Hurries you through then gets the order wrong. No eye contact at window when handing over food and miserable expression on workers face. I said thank you and got a mumbled response. I’ll go to the other Wendy’s a few miles away.

Horrible service, food was missing from my order three separate times. Check your food before you drive off. I bet something is missing!

The young man working the drive-thru tonight (6/14/25) was exceptionally kind and personable — a rare and refreshing experience these days. The food is always great, consistently made right, and the location is convenient and clean. Can’t ask for much more!

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I was one of 2 people in the restaurant and it took me over 20 minutes to get my food. Pretty awful service. Could have at least given me my soda while I waited on them.

Another example of poor service. Restaurant is nowhere near busy and full of employees and yet no one can put together an order, all in front of the manager, who does nothing to get his employees together or even greet waiting customers. Such a terrible display of unprofessionalism, this last visit will be the final time I will set foot in there. Thank you for wasting my time!

I had a panic attack in the drive thru today, and the manager that came out to see what was going on is a literal angel.
She immediately calmed me down, gave me water, and MADE me stop to take a sip. I felt like i was being mothered for a moment and it was exactly what i needed.
Its so wasy to just be mad at the rude customer and instead she took care of me and literaly stopped my panic attack in its tracks with her kindness.
What a wonderful person. 💖

Went through the drive-thru at Wendy’s and discovered that my chicken sandwich was completely raw when I got home and took a bite. I immediately contacted the store—not to rant, but to inform them. As someone who works in customer service for the Walt Disney World Company, I understand mistakes happen, and I made an effort to approach it with patience and professionalism, despite the potential risk to my health.
They asked me to bring the sandwich back in, which meant another trip to the location. My husband offered to go so I could take some Pepto, just in case. When he arrived, they acknowledged the issue and discarded the raw sandwich—but then kept him waiting for quite a while. During that time, the staff repeatedly referred to him as their “favorite customer,” which felt a little off given the situation.
He requested the contact info for the Regional Manager, and the number they gave led to an automated message that said the person was unavailable.
This experience was disappointing—not just because of the undercooked food, but because the resolution didn’t match the seriousness of the situation. I’m sharing this so others are aware, and in hopes that the company takes steps to prevent this from happening again.
As the Pepto settled and my sandwich dreams died, I had to ask myself: If love is rare and chicken should never be—why was mine both?
