Tend to avoid this place because of the questionable service and missing ingredients at times…. However, as I was running late to work, a male worker was able to wip up a glitched meal in less than 5 minutes! I’d say the best times to visit are around 11- 5 pm.

This Wendy’s now charges for barbecue sauce and the baconator had a single slice of bacon and no bacon on the second burger on it. Three combos, a single cheeseburger for 38 dollars and the food is awful.

Visiting Disney and Wendy’s was next to the hotel so I walked over and waited at the counter for over 5 min before an employee approached and told me unless I was paying cash he wouldn’t take my order. I could use my debit at the kiosk and make order myself, he told me. I asked if he could please take my order and was told “no”.
Well I’ve never eaten at a PDQ but there was one right next door so I walked over and they gladly took my order and gave me great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PDQ

Went around the midnight hour, was obviously busy with cast members who live at flamingo. Ordered on the kiosk ordered A biggie back with 4pc and a bacon cheeseburger. Waited for like 20 minutes. Then was the served a cold burger, cold nuggets, and wilty fries. Understand it was busy so didn’t try to make a huge fuss. My bf kindly asked the if they would quickly get us a hot burger and they gave him the worst attitude and slapped a tiny luke warm patty on a bun threw one slice of crumbly bacon, mayo and tomato on it and gave it to him.
We used to come here often and it was good and the service was kind, but the last few times has changed. Last time was especially disappointing. I ordered online and when I got my order they didnt tell me they were out of the soda or lettuce then when I asked for BBQ since the chicken sandwich didnt have lettuce or even mayo on it and a team member started to hand me one then a lady who seemed to be in charge said I couldn't have one. It was sad service and the manager there showed a true lack of customer service. I won't be back

This restaurant is absolutely insane. After 12am it gets filled with a ton of college students but it is fully staffed and they do a fantastic job handling the chaos. Tevin does is a very hard worker who really takes time to appreciate the customers and help them with whatever they need. I highly recommend coming to this Wendy’s but maybe before 12am ha!

This location is 3 for 4… in messing up orders. I’ve put too much trust in them for actually getting it right, moving forward check the bag and unwrap all the burgers. Would definitely go to other fast food joints, but for now this is the only one in the immediate area.
