Worst experience ever! The workers looked miserable and were so overworked. I felt honestly horrible for them. Once the Disney parks let out, I guess everyone comes here for a cheap meal. They really need to do something to eliminate the mass amount of orders they receive! Like maybe don't accept Uber Eats and Door Dash when you have a line wrapped around the building and 100 people inside waiting for food. Our wait was almost 45 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. We had to go to the front and ask where the food was. Horrible management and all they care about is money. Food made me feel horrible after. I would avoid this location and actually I'll avoid Wendy's in general from now on! Nasty and overpriced.

Every time I visit, they make me wait before they'll even take my order, and that's even with NOBODY THERE! Yesterday I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes, then left despite no line at the drive through. They also constantly mess up orders, and I have to repeat myself constantly. Today I heard them making fun of a customer in the car they made wait ahead of me. I'm done with this dump!

They forgot all my food and then offered me a free return of food and when I got there they laughed at me and said I was stupid for falling for it.

Good food (brekfast), good prices. Can be a bit disorganized, avoid during rush hours as they tend to make mistake. Cup for water are given for free, and easy refills at drink machine ;)

We ended up here after our dinner plans went sideways — literally — thanks to a block of ground beef that refused to thaw after 25+ hours in the fridge. So, Wendy’s it was.

Mobile ordering was easy (shoutout to the app), and the order was ready on time. The burgers were accurate and tasted just like they should — classic Wendy’s. But the fries? Ice cold. And there wasn’t a single greeting or acknowledgment when my husband walked in to pick up the food. A little customer service would’ve gone a long way.

That said, we were grateful for a quick and familiar meal on a night when cooking just wasn’t happening. This Wendy’s gets the job done… but could definitely tighten up the hospitality and keep those fries hot.

The burger was the worst I've ever had.... it tasted rotten and smelled like vomit. I'm almost convinced someone vomited between the buns. Disgusting. Never again

I ordered a large rootbeer and totally got a coke instead but that's not what im mad about. There was a big ass moth just floating in my drink. I mean quarter sized bug using my cup as a swimming pool. If this would let me post photos i would. This was my first time back at a Wendy's site my friend reviewed an uncooked chicken nugget. Will not be going back.

I went after I made a account and tried to add some free nuggets to my order or some other promotion but the QR reader didn't work and I went to the checkout twice, once to ask why I couldn't add the promotion and if they could do it there for me and they told me that they couldn't do it, I went again to ask if I could pay there in cash and they didn't charge me there either. In conclusion, the promotions are a hoax and the customer service is terrible
