Horrible customer service and they never get my order right. Even the managers will give you attitude like they are being inconvenienced by you bringing food back that isn’t made correct.

waited over 60 minutes for my order (mind you, this is a FAST food location). I had been there before when it was busier and never waited that long, and on top of that the lady handing out orders was lost and didn’t even know what my friend and i ordered, we had to tell her what we ordered after waiting over an hour for a few items… worst fast food experience ever

It's the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I saw the staff arguing with each other, swearing that could be heard from the tables, and when the food was delivered, it was poorly served and looked horrible. I wouldn't go back even if they gave me free food.Even I daw others clients making complaints about the food they were receiving. Too bad

I spent 30 minutes longer waiting for my food than I was supposed to. I had my order timed to be picked up at 10:30pm, and I did not receive my order until 11pm, and I only recieved it then because I asked a worker why my food hadn’t come out yet. I worked standing on my feet for 12 hours straight today, and I don’t appreciate being forced to stand for an extra half an hour because the workers don’t know how to do their job.

My gf and I just getting off work and not eating all day came to Wendy's for food. Normally all get made right just takes a moment cause of all the Disney cps that will do the same after work. But today for some reason my gluten sensitive gf asked for lettuce wrap and still got a bun she can eat it but we just little bummed because the Disney rush hadn't hit yet when we ordered

Ordered 2 sour cream and chives baked potatoes, came with no sour cream. Ordered a bacon and cheese baked potato, came with no bacon. The sauces we requested for the nuggets were not in the bag and no silverware. How do you mess up this badly? The baked potatoes literally have 2
