Through the drive through tonight 10/23/24 around 7:45pm. Lady at window told me to never ask to change anything again at the window - literally- she said they were too busy and understaffed and I should never ask to change my fries to a baked potato again. Hahahaha Food was HORRIBLE! Like really horrible- the order was all wrong and that potato was undercooked! She was so mad at me for asking kindly if they could exchange my fries for a potato lol!

We have eaten here many times and recently tried getting our picky teen Lillian to eat a cheeseburger and they are the only ones that make a burger she will eat. The place is clean, the food is great and sandwich maker did amazing with speed, and never a bad attitude.

Can’t believe I’m leaving a 5 star review for the Wendy’s. But hey, the food is very solid for what you paying for. And this has to be the most upscale Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I am not going to celebrate my wife’s birthday here, but I will stop by here whenever I am hungry and nearby.

I went to the drive-thru expecting fast service, I spent almost 5 minutes there because the employee got my order completely wrong. She was extremely rude when taking the order and when I finally got it was missing multiple items. When I told the employee this, she reacted very aggressively. Extremely unprofessional, and food not worth the service. Will not be returning.
For it being a new Wendy's my fries are never fresh and don't bother trying to have them scan the app. They'll just tell you it's not working.

Wait time in the drive thru takes the fast out of fast food. Employees often get the order wrong or completely forget to put in items ordered and paid for. Fries have been lukewarm at best. Not at all the way it was when they first opened.
