White Rabbit is an awesome place to have a special dessert with family or on a date. They have an awesome variety of traditional and sensational options. Recently went to the Henrietta, NY location and Brandon was an awesome host that took care of my family. We sat in the front corner booth which was perfect for the kids. Loved our desserts and we will definitely be back.
had an AMAZING time here and will definitely be back again.

This was our first time here and we were a family of 4. We ordered the brownie sundae and flourless chocolate cake to share. I was highly disappointed to pay $15 for a tiny slice of cake. I don’t mind spending any dollar amount for good food or dessert but to serve a tiny slice of cake and charge $15 is very underwhelming. We each got probably one bite. The brownie sundae at least had ice cream but $32 for a brownie sundae and tiny cake seems high. Will probably never come back or recommend to others.

What a cute dessert shack. We stopped by after a large dinner for a sweet pick me up on our honeymoon week and what a treat. It has a truly nice Alive in Wonderland vibe with the mirrors, seats, clocks, wood decor and we loved it. The service once you walked in was inviting and their willingness to help tailor your order how you like it, regardless of what is written. And fair warning, the plates are large, so share with loved ones. We got the chocolate cake with strawberry ice cream and chocolate drizzle and even I couldn’t take another delicious bite. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a good treat and a good atmosphere.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. We randomly found this place when searching for desserts while visiting the area. The inside of the restaurant is adorable and loosely Alice in Wonderland themed. The menu reflects desserts with the same theme. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The desserts were AMAZING! The portions are large and can be easily shared if need be. We had a Back to Back with waffles, It's Fall named dessert with crepes, a slice of chocolate cake and slice of carrot cake. All of it was so delicious. This was definitely a fun and delicious experience. It is a bit pricey however it's worth the price. We can't wait to go again.

NOT WORTH IT
The service was nice.
Atmosphere was there.
UNFORTUNATELY
The product and price are ridiculous. I would not come back here again.
Food was not all that good for the price.

Terrible service. My family arrived at 9:40pm on a Saturday night. We were greeted immediately and bought to a table. They left menus and we waited, waited and waited for service. The place was not busy and multiple servers standing around. We got feed up and left. The placed had a cool look to it but the floors were mostly carpet. The carpet makes me wonder how clean it is. The prices were very high. I didn’t feel there was much to the experience. I can’t recommend this place with better options available.

Disclaimer: I am not one to write negative reviews due to understanding how that affects people’s livelihood and usually try to find positive/enjoyable things but this place took the cake (no pun intended)
My family and I went to eat at this dessert “experience” after seeing it on Instagram/tik tok and us being fans of desserts. The theme of the place look nice but nothing to cry home about, it was just a bunch of pretty looking chandeliers/lights. As we approach the waiter, we asked what did we do as it was our first time. The waiter responded with “well, I can sit you down with some waters or you can just order to go”. This took us back but thought maybe it was just a weird delivery. He then takes us to our table and brings plastic to-go water cups (again odd but we just ignored it even if he forgot to bring us straws and had to remind him twice to bring them). He brings our menus and we are shocked at the very lackluster variety and the prices. They were charging $10 for 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and some sprinkles for kids?! Since people were raving about the place and it had good reviews we thought that maybe the flavor was going to be mind blowing. After waiting 15 minutes for our waiter to come back (there were only 4 tables seated at the restaurant) he finally took our order. I ordered the farmer’s favorite which was a carrot cake with 2 scoops of ice cream for $20 and my wife ordered the Nutella crepe with ice cream for $22. Really high prices and comparable to a meal price anywhere else but we though that maybe the presentation or “experience” was going to be worth it. Spoiler: it wasn’t.
While they were quick to bring the desserts, it didn’t feel like anything special. It felt like overpriced/overhyped dessert that you could definitely get somewhere else at a better price and better quality/flavor. If the previous signs were not enough, as my family and it are eating our desserts, the waiter comes to our tables to ask if we want our receipt? I am literally with a spoonful in hand, there’s no line for this restaurant and you want me to pay for my food already?! And not only that, the same server took an order from the table beside us who had a PEANUT ALLERGY and brought the desserts and didn’t know which one had no nuts?? Not only is he not delivering to the presumed “experience” he is potential putting people’s live in danger.
Just because you are by Disney property doesn’t mean that you can charge premium prices for average desserts. It’s called a dessert experience but what was the experience? Getting ripped off? Having a waiter that doesn’t have any experience serving people whatsoever? Paying premium price for dessert I could just go buy at any grocery store? I am dumbfounded that people enjoyed and gave good reviews for this place. Never will I come to this establishment and if they wish to be successful, they need a complete 180 for it to stay.

I wish I found this place sooner!! Such a cute little room. I got the "wake the fudge up sundae" and it was the best thing I've ever had. The server was sweet too:) Highly recommend for just a quick stop in or a cute date night

Worst experience ever!!
I spent $70 for me my husband and my two toddlers and they only had a scoop of ice cream with sprinkles !!!!!! The server was not a happy camper he serve me my $22 crepe and 2 minutes later ask me if i wanted the check ??? I would never recommend this place to anybody!!! Youre better off eating from Ben & jerry next door.
Delicious desserts and a good variety to suit everyone. A little pricey but it’s the Disney area. Service is pleasant and they work hard but seemed short staffed so it’s a little slow. Don’t go if you are in a rush but a good option for dessert after dinner in that area.

Cool little place, within walking distance of many nearby hotels. A variety of options to choose from. I got the big apple pie to go. I requested it to be heated, unfortunately it wasn’t heated all the way through and some parts were hot and some were cold. It was very tasty, but also very expensive for what you got. $15.50 before taxes. If you’re not too worried about the price, I would definitely recommend checking this place out and maybe choose to dine in as it has a very unique interior.
Parking: Parking available right in front of store as well as an abundance of parking lots around the building.
