Got here at 8 pm for a to-go order, and online it says they close at 8:30. The young girl at the front said sorry we’re closed, and I said I thought you closed at 8:30, and she said “no we don’t have a set closing time, we close whenever we want— usually before 8”. She was so unprofessional, and this was our first time here. We will never be back. There’s a ton of good wing places in the area, go somewhere else.

Customer service is horrible! We drove all the way home and the chicken tenders are super black. We had to drive all the way back but when I called them, they were not apologetic. I even talked to the manager n he said they are supposed to be black. I’ve had chicken tenders before there looks nothing like that. They were the same colors like the wings not black.

This place has changed. I used to love coming here after I got off from work. Today was my first time in awhile as I no longer live in this area. The girl up front didn’t greet us upon arrival, it was just “what can I get you?” No “hello”, “welcome in”. It took awhile for us to get our food as it always does. One wing was so hard and looked odd. I took it up there to her and she’s asking what’s wrong with it. JUST LOOK. I can’t bite it. It’s rock hard. I’ve heard the service and quality have gone down but refused to believe it. The flavor was good. Not that bad. Still had to wait 10 minutes for ONE wing. I was done with everything by the time the wing came. Probably won’t eat here anymore. Just off of customer service alone.

Wings of Winter Garden is easily our favorite wing spot in the area! The service is quality and fast, the wings and flavors are delicious (we usually get mother-in-law and hot honey garlic), and they also have some of the best sides (corn nuggets, jalapeño poppers, fries etc.). Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, and a local/family owned place in the neighborhood!
