Complete fumble on Super Bowl Sunday… pick up order over an hour late… so far

Tried Wing Stop for the first time ever last night and it was alright. I was greeted through the door with smiling faces so that was a good start but that was the best part of the experience for me. The manager on duty or what I perceived to be the manager was on his game and seemed like he was trying to run a tight ship and do all the right things which I can appreciate so 👏👏 to him, they need him. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting in the store for almost 25 minutes for my order. Kick up wait times online so people aren't waiting forever in store. The food was less than impressive but the sauces were good and I did enjoy the fries. Ill probably never eat Wing Stop again but wanted to try it out

I don’t usually eat wings. But I had a hankering for them tonight. Read all those negative reviews. Very unfortunate. I thought the food was fantastic. Great job. 👏🏼

Accepted uber order but would not fulfill

The manager staff on sunday shift around 5pm that treat customers like robbers. He is really disrespectful. If you want to see evidence let check the camera. Said “ get out” to customer is something terrible while he got mistake and we did not do nothing wrong

Seth answered quickly and happily through in a side of original hot sauce as its not an option on uber eats to select hot sauce as a dip. Great service!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They just stare at you instead of coming to take your order. They’re beyond rude. The place is literally filthy. I truly don’t know how this place is still open.

Good as always but please change the fries backk

food was supposed by 6:30 and was not ready until 7:15. poor service all around, do not recommend.

Was not impressed with this time around got my order to go lemon pepper was to Lemon pepperish
The barbecue sauce tasted like it was burnt The medium sauce was watery. The only thing was good was their new fries. only reason why the fries were good because we sent them back to get fresh fries. Customer service was below average if you don’t wanna be at work don’t go and we got all legs

I've eaten here a lot the chicken is always phenomenal love this place keep up the great job.

I did read the reviews before posting my own and all I got to say to people reading these reviews is this.

If someone is complaining about the wings at this place and say that they went to Publix to get real wings just let you know this person has no business posting a review because Publix wings are the worst wings I've ever eaten in my entire life and I am a wing connoisseur

I've been coming to this Wingstop for a very long time and typically the wings are phenomenal which is no difference today they were fantastic today mouth-watering to die for loved it.

My main reason for this review I don't typically post reviews but I felt that necessary because I don't really care for Wingstop french fries every time I'm always got them they always are like overcooked or you know kind of burnt tasting but the fries I received with my order today or fantastic hands down the best price I've ever gotten from WingStop.

I did compliment them today and tell them this exact thing and I'm making sure that I post a review for these guys because they're doing a fantastic job behind that kitchen as well as the customer service from the person and the register was fantastic keep up the great job

Worst Customer Service Ever

Trying to cancel an order at Wingstop was an absolute nightmare. The employees were completely unhelpful and rude. They tell you to call if you have any issues, but when you do, they answer with a terrible attitude and hang up on you.

Denis Diaz gave me the name and phone number of the supposed manager, , but when I called, the same person answered and claimed he wasn’t there. When I asked to speak to someone who could actually help, they just hung up on me again.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this location at
