I did read the reviews before posting my own and all I got to say to people reading these reviews is this.

If someone is complaining about the wings at this place and say that they went to Publix to get real wings just let you know this person has no business posting a review because Publix wings are the worst wings I've ever eaten in my entire life and I am a wing connoisseur

I've been coming to this Wingstop for a very long time and typically the wings are phenomenal which is no difference today they were fantastic today mouth-watering to die for loved it.

My main reason for this review I don't typically post reviews but I felt that necessary because I don't really care for Wingstop french fries every time I'm always got them they always are like overcooked or you know kind of burnt tasting but the fries I received with my order today or fantastic hands down the best price I've ever gotten from WingStop.

I did compliment them today and tell them this exact thing and I'm making sure that I post a review for these guys because they're doing a fantastic job behind that kitchen as well as the customer service from the person and the register was fantastic keep up the great job

Worst Customer Service Ever

Trying to cancel an order at Wingstop was an absolute nightmare. The employees were completely unhelpful and rude. They tell you to call if you have any issues, but when you do, they answer with a terrible attitude and hang up on you.

Denis Diaz gave me the name and phone number of the supposed manager, , but when I called, the same person answered and claimed he wasn’t there. When I asked to speak to someone who could actually help, they just hung up on me again.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this location at

Great wings & tenders (especially the Hot Honey rub), but the service is horrible. Orders take longer than quoted and items are left out of the sealed bag so you don’t realize that they didn’t give you everything until you get home. There are too many good wing places in West Orange to pay for bad service.

I really was hoping for better quality chicken tenders. The coating was hard and crusty and this is no more than a fast food (even though my order took 25 minutes) joint. I went during a peak time of 7pm Friday. The staff was ON POINT! They all were hustling and moving fast and trying to fulfill the orders as quick as possible. It's the quality of food for the reason I won't be back. There's a small eating area that was full at the time of arrival so I don't suggest eating in. Also ... the blue cheese was runny.

2 stars because the Blue cheese was good. So good, I went to Publix and got real wings because the wings we got from wing stop was not worth eating. I ordered online at 0930 for pickup at 1:30; (2)10pc, large blue cheese and veggie sticks for $41 with a $4 tip. I arrived at 1:45 and my order was ready.

We didn’t get the veggie sticks, but got home and the wings were horrible. Feathers all over them, and not AAA feather, patches! It was absolutely disgusting. Th rest were either hard or had a bunch of fat and just looked unappealing. We understand this is a fast food place, but the quality was borderline offensive for what they charge. Waited on hold for 1hr 21min, hung up and call (877) 411-9464 to get a refund for the missing item. They were helpful, tried to give us a gift card for $2.49, but honestly I can’t find any reason to ever go back.
You’ve been warned, never order togo because there is zero quality control and I’m certain they give the wings they can’t serve for dine-in to take out orders.

After a small issue with my order, Patricia (General Manager) drove 20 mins to my house to deliver my food and make it right. Exceptional customer service and kind, understanding team members.

Ordered the 15 piece deal that’s supposed to come with 2 large drinks and a fry. We faced additional charges that didn’t have to do with what we ordered. It wasn’t until we called the manager that we were charged our fair amount. We had to wait 20 minutes in a restaurant that wasn’t even full. The classic wings we received were low quality and the fries tasted old. We couldn’t bear to eat the lemon pepper wings because they were highly over seasoned and left us coughing out pepper. Definitely not worth $27. Our ranch wasn’t even hot and it was bubbling from whatever chemicals they have in their food. We left the establishment still hungry.
