Second attempt to get wings for dinner for nine people. You walk in the door and there are people standing around waiting for their orders. I asked the young lady how long for my order and she said 30 to 45 minutes which I thought was ridiculous. Reluctantly began giving her my order and said how long again? I guess she forgot what she told me and said 45 Minutes to one hour !“Déjà vu all over again” from my first visit when they told me it was a two hour wait because it was Sunday and there are football games Both times I left and went to KFC where I was immediately served at the drive-through.I’m done. Won’t see me there again. Serious management issue that allows such poor service.PS: try cleaning the place up it’s so dirty, especially over by the soda machines

Wingstop on West Colonial Dr is just that Wingstop.,.STOP serving people old wing that was previously cooked that they just reheat. I had to return them twice. Be sure to check them before you leave. NASTY AF!!! Didn't take pix prior to this review.

Waited 2 hours for our food to get delivered, tried calling the store to see what was taking so long and spent over 20 minutes on hold, finally decided to drive over to see what was going on to find out that our order got cancelled, there were over 20 people in the wingstop who had been waiting there for over 30 minutes and people leaving with no food cause of how long they had been waiting.

Ordered 2 meals, after 2 and a half hours they canceled the order. Spent over 25 min on hold with the store to see if I could get refunded.
My family ordered wings from the Dillard St location on 2/11/24 and the experience was unsatisfying. We went to pick up the order as per the the usual pick up time frame when ordering wings. Upon arrival, the staff was not helpful and the food was not ready. When the staff was questioned, we received responses such as "I'm not talking to you," and "I don't know." The experience with the staff was not only discourteous but they were not useful. At this point a refund was requested, and the request was denied. The staff claimed that only a general manager could refund the cost, and a general manager was not present. We were told to call a general Wing Stop number for assistance with obtaining a refund. It's impressive how fast a hold was placed on the credit card, yet when the word "refund" was used the hold couldn't be released. Overall, this was a poor experience in customer service, and at the end of it we didn't get the wings, as we refused to wait until the staff would answer our request on providing how long the order would take to prepare. I do not recommend this location.

They forgot 30$ of my food and when i called to get a refund or to be able to pick up the food they didnt include they refused to give me a refund or give me the food i payed for even though they admitted to remembering that they didnt give me my order. The girl otp was rude and the manager was worse. They apparently do not do refunds, remakes, or customer service at this location.

We like going to wingstop, the fries with cajun and parmesan cheese are really good, atomic flavor are the favorite. We often get food here even if its way too far from us.
