Third visit, good home cooked meal menu , had the special which was meatloaf this time and we both loved it.. excellent service and great food always priced well.

The waitresses checked on us constantly. I don't think a single one did not check on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Their banana pudding ice cream is to die for. As a family of 6, our bill was cheaper than it would have been to eat at McDonald's even with also getting ice cream and the food was great.

This restaurant was a little loud due to the space, it would be really nice if they had an outdoor seating area.

This place is amazing. It has the old school feel . Total tourists destination restaurant if you want to experience one of winterhavens old gems of the city . The people who own it are so nice they often bring my kids an ice cream for free . The food is delicious and the prices are refreshing . The ice cream is also amazing. I have no bad things to say i love this place. Cash only, and that's probably why they're able to remain affordable not paying credit card fees . They do have an ATM, so no worries if you don't carry cash . I put 4 stars for food because it's simple ingredients. Not top shelf buns or fries it's not high-end food, but it's amazing and delicious for the price point . If you're looking for a bison burger with an organic bun, this ain't the spot, you know ? Honest assessment, enjoy .

Great food and great service! Don't forget to save room for your ice cream dessert! Side note - cash only, but they have an ATM on site if needed.

Great place to eat with family! Staff was extremely attentive, food was delicious, portions were large and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I recently had some health issues. Had a lot of help from my family. To repay themcI bragged about Andy's igloo. So there were 10 of us, their 1st time, I had been going there for many years no issues. I was very disappointed with the food and service this time. We won't go back. And, by the way Cuban sandwiches don't have bologna on them, my brother in law refused to eat anything else. My son had the 1/2# burger basket it was not a 1/2# burger. I had the fisherman's platter, no fried class were available, so I opted for the the fried oysters they were burnt. Ice cream was still good. We won't go back!

Great food and customer service. The wait staff was very tentative. Great prices too! Hard to find these prices any more for the amount of food and service. Highly recommend.

This place is a total disgrace I use to go there everyday lunch time from school but .......
My experience there was not present.
No.1 I wasn't greeted at the door so i sat at a booth one waitress looked at me as I was talking through the door..said absolutely NOTHING .
NO.2 a couple came in sat at the booth right in front of me ..(Same waitress) walked right by me and asked the people that just sat down what they wanted after sitting I'd say 10min finally some asked me was I already been served..
Well
No.3 order food the fries were cold and hard ,(reordered) they served me a plastic fork when everyone else had regular silverware ..last straw I'd ordered applesauce It had something white in it..now I'm beyond mad so I paid my tab and left.
I'll NEVER go there again .

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH MEDICORE FOOD.
The staff are all distracted, too young to care. And the food leaves a lot to be desired. . .A lot. . . .
Not to mention the predatory way they force people to pay cash, without informing you to pay cash, thus forcing you to use THEIR atm machine.
Seriously STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE PILE EXCUSE OF A RESTAURANT.
