Called in an order, get there they say order was never placed. Not the first time this has happened either. So place an order in store they say 15 minutes, I run across the street bc I have errands to run hence WHY I CALLED IN THE ORDER. Come back to get the food they say they cancelled the order because I left. Was I supposed to sit there for 15 minutes when I have stuff to do????? Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Took my money elsewhere.

This place is dirty inside and nasty

I have been a usual customer for years even their manger (the dude with the long beard) used to know my order. My food used to come on time and fresh. However, the last two times i have been there i feel like the place became sketchy. It took about 20 minutes for my usual pick 2. After the long wait i was disappointed because my wings were burnt and i couldn't even bite through them. Also, my shrimp were very crispy and looked old. And my fries were very soggy. So i requested to speak with a manger. But the manger WAS 0 ENGLISH (Fresh out the border). I couldn't even communicate with him. After that visit i decide to not go back anymore. THEY NEED THE PREVIOUS MANAGER BACK IMMEDIATELY. Because when he used to just stand there you would see everyone doing their job properly.

I just moved to the area and my son and I are obsessed with the tenders. I came In and placed 3 separate orders. One of the girls there looked out of it. I was given 3 meals I drove all the way home to notice one order was wrong. I brought the order back so I can get my actual order. One of the girls with glassess knew I had the wrong order cause she gave it to me… SHE TOOK MY ORDER I TOOK HOME AND BROUGHT BACK AND GAVE IT TO SOME ONE ELSE???
