Luke was awesome! He was professional, courteous and very patient. I was there with my daughter and her friend who are both Autistic and he allowed them to take their time and even offered suggestions. Very good service!

Went for Christmas Eve/my son's birthday dinner and ordered medium sirloin and it was served super rare and cold. Mash potatoes and broccoli also not even slightly warm. Offered to make me another plate and declined as my family would already be done eating before my food even was to come out. Dinner and 2 celebrations were completely ruined. 0 stars. The manager also said the sirloin was VERY rare and said she was surprised it left the kitchen like that! Terrible experience

Applebee’s isn’t usually my first choice for dining out, but it was a convenient spot when the whole family got together. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, which made the experience more enjoyable, and the atmosphere was pleasant enough for a casual family meal.
The food was just okay, nothing that really stood out, but it got the job done. It’s a decent option when you need a reliable chain restaurant that everyone can agree on, even if it’s not the most memorable meal you’ll have

Service is incredibly slow here, takes 7 minutes just to get a side of dressing when the restaurant only has a few customers. The place itself is freezing. The drink I ordered never came, and my sirloin was 50% fat. Was underwhelmed by every aspect of this restaurant, especially since ive had good experiences at other Applebee's.
