Date night!!! We were seated at 8:45 PM, entrée served at 10 pm. The fettuccine 6/10, lobster ravioli 1/10. Ambiance was nice, but I will not go back and would not recommend.

I dined yesterday with my husband, two male servers (Micheal and Leo) took care of us. Service was okay and so was the food. We were caught by surprised once the check was presented to us because they grated us, mind you it was only two of us. We work in the fine dining service industry and the rule of thumb is usually to grat 6 or more. We honestly felt like we were profiled. We tip extremely well everywhere we go so we truly didn't appreciate it.

This is our go to place for an elegant and romantic dinner in Winter Haven. The piano player is very talented and lets the customers choose the music he plays!
Server forgot butter and beer. Had to ask twice. The piano music was very loud when we arrived but better later. Very good piano player! When asked if I wanted regular salad or Caesar, I requested the Cesar. The server didn't say it would be an additional $5.00. Didn't know until received bill Food was delicious!

What a great experience at this restaurant. My birthday was wonderful. From service beginning when I walked in the door, thru immediate menus, drink request taken, bread and spreads provided, menu options explained and decisions made and final servings were superb, including a light mini birthday dessert -- all provided a 5 star. Live music by a seasoned piano player in background area was a wonderful addition. All "servers" were very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant and return.

There were 6 of us celebrating a friend's birthday! Everything was perfect! Michael and staff were very attentive and everyone was very pleased. We drove an hour to get there and everyone agreed it was well worth it.

Arabella's is an absolute gem! The food was nothing short of fantastic - every bite full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was top notch, attentive without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic evening. It was elegant but comfortable. The live piano music was the cherry on top. Speaking of cherries, the cherries jubilee prepared table side is a must. The flames are a show for sure.

It was a long wait to get our food once I got mine my steak was undercooked and was not tender and charred on one side. The lobster ravioli was mostly all sauce no lobster hardly at all. Or couldn't taste it bc of all the sauce. My birthday complementary birthday dessert was not given to me a birthday candle was put on the bananas foster that I paid for. Disappointing birthday dinner.
