We've been trying to reserve a table at Arabellas for a few months, but they always seem booked up for dinner reservations. Today, we had our afternoon free and decided to see if they had lunch availability. Luckily, we were able to book a table.Unfortunately, the hostess who greeted us had an attitude and said she could seat us, but we had to hurry up and get our order in and be done eating in a timely manner. At this point, we almost said forget it and go somewhere else. Mind you, it was only 1:30, so it was not far past prime lunch hour, and they had the time available. This is what earned them a 3 for service. On the plus side, our waitress was super attentive, very professional, and the food was excellent, as you can see from the clean plate.

Amazing gem in Downtown Winter Haven. There was a live pianist. The food and vibe is fun but elegant. Great for a celebration or just a nice, upscale night out.

This is one of the most incredible dining experiences you will have anywhere in the south. The environment and ambience were inviting and easy on the eyes and ears (live piano music). Our server Sal was excellent at his job for the food knowledge, banter, and delivery of the experience all night from start to finish. Wonderful place overall.

Went there with a large group of ladies. No complaints from anyone! Service was great, and everyone liked their meals. I loved the bread! I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, had some leftovers, took it home, and my husband finished it. He ordinarily does not like Alfredo, but he really liked this!

My wife and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we walked in, we saw a grand piano with a live piano performer, who was also an accordion player, jumping up to perform "Happy Birthday" for those who were celebrating. He came around after we were seated at our table and left a note asking for 3 requests, along with a request NOT to ask for a certain 10 songs. The note said he had over 11000+ songs in his library! I attempted to stump him with the request of "When I Look Into Your Eyes." After a while, he came over to our table and asked who performed that song, and I told him Firehouse. He asked if he was not able to perform that tune could he substitute another, and he hummed it for us. I don't remember what it was, but it was a good choice for our celebration. About five minutes later, he began performing the Firehouse tune! Wow. We ordered the Caesar Salad appetizer, which was prepared tableside--dressing and all! He was both informative as well as entertaining as he put together the ingredients for the dressing, then tossed the salad in it. It was most delightful! We each ordered another table side prepared dish, the Steak Lady Diana. The meal was 2 Angus filets, per dish, with mushrooms/onions in a burgundy wine sauce, also prepared with the filets, mashed potatoes and vegetables. Wife likes her filets medium-well; I prefer mine medium-rare. The same gentleman who prepared the salad also prepared our filets. He cooked both orders at the same time, to perfection, right in front of us. He was able to do so due to the fact her filets were larger in diameter, but thinner than mine. Out. Of. This. World. Good. The meal was exquisitely delicious and the ambience/entertainment was excellent. We would highly recommend. Our plan is to go back to experience the Italian offerings on the menu. It goes without saying, this kind of service and food comes with a price tag. However, we thought it was well worth the splurge. Go enjoy!!

The food was good but a bit pricey....The piano music was loud and people were trying to talk over it, so the restaurant was loud. We love soft piano music in the background but having the piano player come around to the tables was annoying and unnecessary. Also, we did mention that it was our birthdays, but did not expect or want someone obnoxiously singing at our table. (Maybe you should ask if patron wants that.). The complementary dessert was nice.
