Arby's is my favorite takeout. On this visit, I purchased 2 double meat Reubens, they did not disappoint. The sandwiches are always fresh, and have WEIGHT to them. As a big guy, I need meals that actually fill me up without breaking the bank. $20 is worth every penny here.

Store opens at 9:30, I enter building 10:30, 0 customers 0 workers 0 food prepared or being worked on, fryer weren’t even turned on, stood at the counter for 5 minutes, saw a couple workers in the back enter and exit a cooler, then sit down in the back office, never said a word to me, I just left… terrible experience but guess shouldn’t of expected much from Arby’s

Got a request from Arbys for more information but the link doesn’t even work. Arbys says that you get a 1/4 pound of beef in the cheesesteak. 1st picture is what they advertised. 2nd picture is the piece of crap that was received by me today. Will be getting another one soon. I will also have a scale with me. Restaurants advertise enticing good food but what they serve to the customers is garbage for a ridiculous high price. Where’s the beef Arbys? At this point I don’t recommend any sandwiches

I requested the crispy onions on my sandwich, it's on the receipt but none on my sandwich. The fries taste so bad it's like they haven't changed the oil in over a year. Also I asked for a Dr. Pepper instead I was given a diet drink. I can not have diet as I am alerigic to the fake sugar. I do not recommend going here a huge disappointment as this was drive thru and didn't notice until I was back home.
Edit: I want to ask Elizabeth a question, where are my crispy onions at Elizabeth?

Ordered in store today.. got all the way home and realized I should've definitely checked the bag before leaving because not one single sandwich that i ordered was in the bag except the gyros.. and they tasted like straight pepper and Italian dressing.. no other flavor at all..I've never had one before but I'm most positive that's not how they're supposed to taste.. waited over five minutes and didn't even get what I ordered.. and couldn't even eat what we got because there was so much chedder cheese on one of the sandwiches,, the one that needed to eat is lactose intolerant and so much pepper on the gyros I could only take a couple bites.. so none of us got to eat anything but fries for lunch today..then I told the female at the counter that the ice bin on the soda machine was over flowing onto the floor and she did NOTHING..I have worked in restaurants since I was 16..I have a food safety license.. when water is reported on the floor your very next step is to get a wet floor sign and a mop IMMEDIATELY so a customer doesn't fall and break their neck.. she thanked me for letting her know and continued making food.. COMPLETELY THE WRONG THING TO DO.. THAT LADY EITHER NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR NEEDS MORE TRAINING ASAP OR SHE IS GOING TO BE THE REASON YALL HAVE A LAWSUIT..because that water had been over flowing long before I got there and NOBODY was doing anything about it.. TRUST ME.. SHUT THIS RESTAURANT DOWN AND JUST START OVER.. NEW STAFF NEW MANAGEMENT.. and every time I tried calling the line was busy and just disconnected..I think this was done on purpose so that they can't be bothered..I have never in my life had such a horrible experience like this.. just getting an almost completely different order than what I placed..

Crappiest service. I can't even call them to get a refund because they took the phone off the hook.. I ordered three different things and I got nothing of what I ordered.. I got all the way home open my bag and none of the sandwiches are what I ordered.. she's even handed the bag to me all confident here he goes your order Miss Jackie.. got all the way home and not a single sandwich was what I ordered.. they seriously just put whatever they wanted into a bag and handed it to me.. I tried calling they had the phone off the hook so nobody can call and get their money back or anything.. and I don't have my own car and the person that took me is too lazy to drive back up there.. so I'm just stuck with what I got.. definitely need new management.. the rack that holds the water and ice at the bottom of the soda machine was overflowing onto the floor and nobody did anything about it.. I told the lady at the front desk she said thanks and just kept doing what she was doing didn't even bother trying to put a wet floor sign out or anything there was water all over the floor.. lazy crew lazy management horrible storedo not go in there if you want decent food or decent service..
