Excellent breakfast. Eggs and Ribeye breakfast with a biscuit and hash brown casserole and coffee. Ordered eggs Sunnyside, you'd be surprised how many places mess that up here it was perfect. Ribeye I asked for medium, it came out medium. I was surprised at how good the ribeye was, usually for a breakfast steak, they aren't usually very good. The steak was very flavorful. Casserole was great, biscuit was awesome. Service was amazing. I was surprised at how quick the food came out, I was there with my teen son and we literally were done eating and left the restaurant in less than 40 minutes. But the food was hot and delicious and perfectly cooked the way I asked so, very impressive. If I had to nitpick, the coffee was a hair weaker than I usually like but still good. Definitely recommend

The crab cakes were so-so. The broccoli was light green and brown. The shrimp and cheesy grits were ok. The baked potato was great. Salads were fine but the ranch dressing turned out to be blue cheese.

First time in since the remodel food was terrible had the pork chops and corn bread corn bread was uncooked and raw in the middle pork chops very tough told the waitress who said it was just me and my wife said corn bread was bad staying away for now as i am a long time customer but sad about it

OK, I found my burger place. I went to four different places in Winterhaven as you can see in the reviews and nobody could cook hamburgers, a simple task and I stopped here at big Tom’s diner and Cheryl the waitress was excellent. She answered my questions. She gave me a suggestion of what to eat, and everything she suggested was perfect.

good portions and good food

I have been eating here since 2016 and always loved this place however last week we came here and the food was terrible the drinks were watered down and had no flavor it was just pure seltzer. The waitress looked so confused as we had to repeat the order to her several times. I hate to say but I think I’m going to stay away from here for awhile because that was super disappointing

I ate your giant burger a year and a half ago. They didn't tell me they were out of shirts until after I finished. I paid $20 for a dry azz burger, and you never sent me my shirt! NOT COOL!
