Placed order at 6:35 was told it would take 30 minutes. Didn’t get my 1 large cheese pizza till 7:23 very disappointing because After we paid she said it was 15 minutes left but she lied. If we were told to begin with that the pizza would take 50 minutes I would’ve said never mind to begin with but I think they forgot about our order honestly.

Love Brothers! It's the closest to NYC style pizza here in Winter Haven. We always do take out pick-up orders, love that they call us to let us know our order in ready. My family loves pizza, so we order once a week. My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch ? extra crispy. My family's favorite is half cheese, half pepperoni. Check them out won't disappoint.
Great pizza but this go around it was definitely overcooked. We ordered the meat lovers pizza with jalapeno poppers and meatballs. The sides were good but the pizza was overcooked. Hopefully this isn't a continuous issue.

Save yourself a huge headache and don’t waste your time coming here. I’ve tried this place 6 times, and only 1 I was able to eat. It all comes down to lazy kid employees that would do the impossible for you to leave and never come back. First time I went they gave me the wrong order. After that, they’re either close in random days or their employees tell you you have to wait an hour to get a pizza even though there was nobody eating there. Last night I went for the last time and the girl didn’t want to take my order and when I told her I wanted 1 calzone she said I would have to wait over an hour even though the place was empty. Just go to any other place than this!

Got here today at 8:30pm with a party of 8. Was told by the server that they close in 5 minutes. I asked if we could at least order because we drove from Poinciana, and the chef said "no we are closed." Not sure how this place makes money, turning people away 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night!

I was passing through town and wanted a slice of New York Style Pizza. I was excited to see the Pizza By The Slice sign and I went inside and ordered two slices. "I'm sorry, we are out of slices." I was surprised. "Out of slices? How could that be?" "Yes, sorry, we are out of slices." "But you can still make pizza?" "yes" "But you can't make slices?" "Right. Not at this time." I left disappointed. Maybe they had a good reason for not selling slices that day, but obviously it was not my day to get a slice from the Brothers...
Pizza was really good and garlic knots were so good. Service was great and would reccomend this pizza place to anyone. Will come back here again.

Omg this is my favorite pizza hands down!!!! I am so happy I stumbled upon this place. I have been looking for a solid NY style pizza place in the area since I moved here. Brothers is by far the best in the Winter Haven area I’d go as far to say all of Polk County maybe Central FL! You will not be disappointed trust me.
