I understand why they put a 24 hour timeline on their review on the receipt hoping people run out of time.... Really sucks our only BK 3rd attempt and won't be back. Not appropriate for me to post details here and I doubt I will hear from anyone in management or ownership. I'm sure tis one will close soon like so many others I see in surrounding counties.

I had a fantastic experience at Burger King! The food was delicious, especially the Whopper, which was juicy and flavorful. The fries were perfectly crispy and salted just right. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was accurate. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a top-notch fast food experience, and I highly recommend it!

This is just another fast food joint that can't provide FAST food. I went through the drive thru for a reason. It wasn't to park and have to wait 15 minutes to get my 2 whoppers

Yesterday I was taking my two boys to get some ice cream from Burger King so I pulled up at the drive-through and I asked the employer do they have vanilla or chocolate she yells out loud through the mic, only vanilla so I was like well you didn’t have to shut it out so I just drove off and I looked at her and she looked like yeah who does that? I don’t understand little black girl I don’t know if he was gay or he was a he or whatever but very rude. I left, but I was gonna go in there, but I just left

Alicia was our cashier for the day and boy she didn’t look presentable nor did she seemed to have any desire to be there. She took our order and forgot the kid Apple juice. The rest of the crew seemed to be in their own world, but over all everyone was doing something productive so that’s good. The place was clean and not too busy.

I love going to Burger King. This is the only one left in winter haven fl. There used to be one closer to me but they had .... There are no words how disgusting their standards were. Cockroaches ON THE DROP OFF COUNTER! But that one was obviously shut down. My only complaint is this particular location. It's basically at the intersection of cypress gardens Rd and 17. I have no other issues.
