Yesterday I was taking my two boys to get some ice cream from Burger King so I pulled up at the drive-through and I asked the employer do they have vanilla or chocolate she yells out loud through the mic, only vanilla so I was like well you didn’t have to shut it out so I just drove off and I looked at her and she looked like yeah who does that? I don’t understand little black girl I don’t know if he was gay or he was a he or whatever but very rude. I left, but I was gonna go in there, but I just left

Alicia was our cashier for the day and boy she didn’t look presentable nor did she seemed to have any desire to be there. She took our order and forgot the kid Apple juice. The rest of the crew seemed to be in their own world, but over all everyone was doing something productive so that’s good. The place was clean and not too busy.

I love going to Burger King. This is the only one left in winter haven fl. There used to be one closer to me but they had .... There are no words how disgusting their standards were. Cockroaches ON THE DROP OFF COUNTER! But that one was obviously shut down. My only complaint is this particular location. It's basically at the intersection of cypress gardens Rd and 17. I have no other issues.

One of the worst customer service fast food iv been. They tell you to pull over even when noone is behind you. It's like a habit for them. They took 15mins for 2 meals. Causing me to get out of my car in the drive thu to see what's going on. Only to find out they had forgotten to give me my food. Never again. Wanna know the worst part. I ordered online for pick up.
I always want a change so go to this burger King and am always let down. Breakfasts are always cold. On top of that this location doesn't honor most deals available at others. If your kids want 5$ meal you won't get it in winter haven. I suppose they think you will pick a more expensive alternative when in drive thru. No just go to all the other fast food places that offer this. Don't waste time at this location
