We had breakfast here since we were staying in the hotel... but only once. Even with a kids eat free ticket, it was not worth it.The sausages were still cold inside. It was really not anything great or special. Basic "continental" hotel breakfast.I give them some credit as the staff were really nice and kind. I give them points for having very friendly staff at the hotel. I just wish the breakfast wasn't subpar for the price.

What a surprise! I go to buffets all over. I often am in Winter Haven. The little lunch buffets are plentiful but not breakfast. They are either still closed from Covid or limited in offerings. Cafe Blu is in the Holiday Inn....use your GPS. It was 11.95. Bagles and Danishes. Oatmeal yogurt and cereals. Walnuts and raisins for oatmeal. Even peanut butter for toast or Bagles. Eggs...sausage...and a ton of bacon. Full soda machine with all selections. Coffee and I asked for decaf and she made it. Plus, each booth has it's own TV to watch. VERY friendly service. I know where I am going for breakfast buffets in the future. I am keto conscious so i had no problem eating til totally full ..too bad I can't have the Bagles and Danishes lol. Dr. Dennis L. Gotta say, for being inside the Holiday Inn, they are turning out some pretty good stuff. The shrimp scampi penne was outstanding. Even the red skin mashed potato’s, ciabatta bread, and cheesecake were all high quality. Only open in the morning for breakfast buffet (which was above average for a motel), and evenings for dinner menu service. No lunch. There is also a full liquor bar inside the restaurant. Very pleasant staff too.
