Surprisingly good and the food was made fresh. A great value meal. If you qualify, you can another dinner to go for $10. It is hard to find value like this.

I always go to Carrabba's when Kathleen works. She is very friendly, knows her customers and makes people feel welcome. She knows how to make drinks and always makes sure her customer's are taken care of. The service and food are both very good.

Food was awesome!

The service excelled in every way! It’s been a long time since I’ve been in a restaurant where the food was delivered to the appropriate person!
The “norm” is to call out ,”who had the……..?”
We were a party of six, and each person selection was placed directly in front of them, without question. It was wonderful to see the ordering and delivery playing out the way it should be!! Kudos for teaching servers correctly!

Just got married and went here to Winter Haven and in my 54 yrs of life I've never been there before. The food is excellent and the service is very good. The next time I stop here I'm coming back here.

My wife and I had never been to Carrabba's Italian Grill before. We went today to the Winter Haven location around 4 pm. We were seated immediately. Within the next 30 seconds our server, Kathleen, was there to greet us and get our drink order. She was very friendly and attentive our entire visit. My wife ordered a peach tea and I got a water. My wife found the peach flavoring to be too strong for her. Kathleen brought my wife a water instead and then added that she would take it off the bill. That was very nice. We ended up ordering their 3 courses for 2 deal. It's not on the menu, you have to ask your server for the special menu.
For our first course, she got the cesear salad and I got the creamy parmesan house salad. Both were very delicious and fresh. 2nd course my wife got the spaghetti with meat sauce and I got the 7oz tucson sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. All of it was very tasty, but the steak, the steak was absolutely phenomenal. I took my first bite and I couldn't believe the explosion of flavor in my mouth. Wow. Lastly, we both were much too full to eat our gigantic piece of strawberry cheesecake so we brought it home for a late night treat. We were throughly pleased and will definitely visit again. 10/10

Great food! Good prices and service. Food is always good and consistent. My only complaint was the chocolate brownie mousse dessert. It had great flavor, but the brownie tasted store bought, not made from scratch. The mousse, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce and shavings were great, but the brownie needs some work, too dry. The chicken trio is always perfectly cooked and flavorful! Update: My visit today was terrible, and it seems lately, sadly, to be becoming the norm at Carrabba's. I got the Johnny trio the last few times, and it's been hit and miss on quality. Today, I asked for the sirloin to be cooked medium, and the 1st time it came out was rare to med rare, and then the server offered to remake it. The 2nd steak came out well done, and the server said it before I had a chance! The manager brought out the 2nd steak and never came back to the table again! She comped the whole meal and gave us free dessert, which I really appreciated but it's sad they couldn't get it right with 2 tries. We will keep trying Carrabba's because we still love the restaurant but I hope they get it together soon!

First time for lunch and it was great. Excellent sandwiches and broccoli. Very unique and prepared perfectly. We'll be back to try the other ones.
