If this is the “food truck” on Clubhouse in Lakeland, last night they served me the best steak I’ve ever tasted in my life. The smokey flavor was amazing, it was cooked perfectly, and the steak fries blew my mind. The cost was a mere $15.99...I would have to pay at least triple to get something of lesser quality from a big city steakhouse. I hope they open up on Clubhouse often, because I definitely want to go back and try more items from the menu.

Catering Oasis is at Grove Roots Brewery on Thursdays evening. I highly recommend the tenderloin or sirloin steak cooked over an Oakwood fire. It is delicious. I like medium rare. It's so tender and juicy. If you need catering for a special party or wedding I've personally witnessed then to broil 400 center cut pork chops that are just as good as the beefsteak. They can handle any special meat requests whether it be fish, chicken, shellfish along with beef and pork. I've had salmon cooked on a cedar plank. Again delicious.Grant Piche lives up to his years of experience in culinary cuisine.
