3 people working, I'm the only one at the window one car in the drive-thru and yet it took me almost 20 minutes to get 4 orders of fries and 1 order of chicken strips.

Every checkers i go to give me flats, The reason i ask for flats is because my son only eats the flats from here he is autistic, I go to the one in auburndale all the time and they charge me like $1 extra for thr flats i dont mind but they dont try, And not only that they are rude, I left

The Food at checkers was everytime good I've had over the years, but not completing the order were the customer has to ask for the rest of the food which was not added to the rest of the order. But when you have a lack of experience cashier who can not count coins... Wow I've been an experience cashier for years and to not know how to count coins is pitiful! The new generation cashiers don't like to count coins and this is lazy!!! OH WATCH OUT THEY LIKE TO KEEP THE LEFT OVER COINS AND NOT GIVE BACK THE DIFFERENCE LEFT FROM THE BILL!!!

How are these people working the drive thru going to not get the order correct, then have the audacity to charge you wrong and give you the wrong order, then give attitude and be rude when asked where the missing items are, then when asked to fix it and give the items, they rudely ask for the full cost of the two items al a carte so I end up paying 3$ more than I would have if I had just been given the correct order as combos. You can't fix it? You can't give my extra money back? You can't just say my bad and make me 2 small fries. These people can't do basic math, and can't be bothered to fix their own mistakes, have no customer service skills and would rather make the customer pay for their stupidity. By the way you still owe me 3$.

Arrived today Saturday 3/19 at 10 am the manager I believe Christina was her name was very nice and had our order quick for the farmer jack produce crew.

Portion sizes for the chicken sandwich are absurd for the price. I was upgraded to a large order without asking my size preference and was so disappointed in the super small size of what I was told was a large fry. I will not return.
