Short young black woman with locs tampered with my sandwiches and admitted making one different than the other after I asked for two of the same sandwiches. A burst of liquid inside of one sandwich in one bite. That was not normal. 45 minutes wait for bad food. Had me sick as a dog that night Tuesday night. Manager didn’t want to replace the entire meal only the sandwiches. Tummy still sore a little.

The food was not good. Wasted more than half of my burger and fries. Soda had a really weird taste to it as well. Had a few sips and threw it away. I doubt I will return

Food is always great but you have a couple employees that are always so rude and nasty. The young lady working the intercom today 7/19 at 10:55am needs to be coached at the very least. After hearing my girlfriend get treated the way she was we will not be returning.

I’ve had mixed experiences at checkers but this location was great! Awesome service fries were fresh and hot, they asked me how I was doing and had smiles and helped me with my rewards app when it wasn’t working right. Thanks Gary!!

Did not get what i ordered, forgot to give me my drink, and walked away from window when i waited for my drink after looking at me
I orders wings at 8:20 pm, the cashier told me to go on and park in the parking lot, after 25 minutes, he come walking very slowly playing with his hair, because he wasn’t wearing a hat or gloves, and proceeded to give me my bag , with no thank you , no , sorry for the wait, nothing,, Worse checkers in America, Don’t eat here

Today wasn't a busy day. I ordered a simple $4 meal deal after about 20 minutes finally got my food and left check my account I got charged $21.28... then I went all the way back and the manager didn't want to talk to me didn't want to make things right I actually had to almost demand my money back and gave him the food back. No professionalism no accountability awful...

They messed up on our order about a month ago, so after calling corporate, they gave me a $10 voucher so I could go get Checkers another try. We went yesterday about 10:15 after looking up online and it said they opened up at 10:00. Of course, there was no one there. We called corporate office again and we are waiting on a call back within 24 to 72 hours. I guess we'll wait and see...

Unfortunately my experience was not all that good because a young man was not doing well at his job and messed up our order and was not nice about it when we brought it to his attention but other than that one time we usually like going to checkers.
