The worst!! I ordered only 2 items, a shake and regular bacon fries. No one was there but me and it took 15 minutes. Three workers and horrible service. My fries were cold and the bacon was burnt. Enough said I won't be returning.

Today they did not even let me finish my order. I kept telling them I still need to add more. They did not care. They kept telling me my total. I got to the window and told them I was not even done with my order. They are very rude no experience on customer service. I get it that sometimes they’re busy, but don’t push anyone out their order like that

The worst ever service in the history of fast foods. We had to order in one drive thru lane then drive around to the other drive thru lane for pick...that lane took 47 minutes to get our food. Cold, made wrong, and the employees were hateful rude and inconcederant

I go to this checkers alot it's become normal with the way they just throw food in the bag but today was different I get my checkers on a doordash but when the bag was handed to me it looked trashy as L the stickers were half ass put on and my burger was hangin out the wrapper there were grease stains all over the bag maybe it's always been like that idk I just know eating my food today was disgusting me just by the presentation of the way my bag looked and food was just throwin in the bag not just this checkers either, it's all the checkers of winter haven that I go to it's like the employees just don't care they move real slow nothing is ready when you order food from delivery the lines are always backed up cause everyonejust stands around gossipin or b.s. the time i got my food it was already cold and dont blame the dasher nither , the employees get rude with snoby attitudes it's sad to say but mc donalds moves faster than you all ,much cleaner and actually a little nicer, I dislike mc donalds too
The parking lot of this store is abysmal. We were stuck in the place for 25 minutes getting flipped off by old people who wouldn’t let us out. Should really remedy that and the location might be a little better. Been here 25+years and it’s always been this way

Went there as a DoorDash driver. Waited for over 10 minutes before they even came to the window and the order was just for 2 fries. They don't pay attention to the mobile orders lane and they are extremely slow. Other locations, no problem

I ordered a big buford meal which came with a drink and I ordered 2 apple pies all for 13 dollars and change.My Hamburger was raw inside,my drink taste like it was watered down (root beer) and my apple pies had a lot of cinnamon on it which was cold and old the only thing that was good was the fries and I had to go to the other side to pick up my food
