After we ordered our food, the lady who gave us our drinks mumbled something about pulling around to the side of the building to wait for our food, so we parked. Then we saw several cars pull through the left drive-thru backwards and receive their food, so we did as well. Never seen this before.When we finally got the food, the burger was cold and had a hair on it, and all the fried items were drenched in heavy grease and mostly inedible.This was my first trip to a Checkers in 10 years, and it looks like it’ll be another 10 years before I give them another shot if this location is anything to go by. ?

A lot of cross contamination going on here , no changing of gloves . Same gloves that touch the food is the same gloves used to touch condiment bottles and utensils & to clean messes . I DO NOT recommend eating here to be honest

I'll start off with saying the food is always good when i come to this location. However, today I stopped by around 3:30 and they appeared to be extremely slow, or at least I imagine so considering 2 of the employees were just leaned against equipment talking. Now i understand when your slow you take a moment or 2 to blow off steam and what not. But when I find out I'm missing half my order when I get home I'm now upset at the fact that talking and doing nothing cost me my orders quality and money. I hope that this gets fixed.

The night crew that works Saturday nights is bv. If i was the owner that crew would be out of a job. ry disrespectful and sat on my order while everyone else behind me got quick service. That also thought I t was funny I waited but I left without any food. Avoid going there when it's night time

Worst service ever they made me park on the next lane four cars went by they gave them all their orders the order behind me as well and still I was still waiting and while I’m looking through the window, they are not even using gloves and touching my food, and the receipt that they give you to write a review doesn’t even have the service code on there or anything to write in a review on them eitherYou call the phone number on the receipt to try to get a hold of management and it just rings and rings and nobody ever picks up!This is why I hardly ever go to checkers because of their service and the speed of the food they take their sweet time if they were faster and maybe wear gloves, maybe I would recommend them and maybe I would go more often

Idk who the two girl was they was very unprofessional. They took my 50$ bill callin it fake!!!! And then I asked for chicken sandwich they gave me a hamburger. Also they was having a very inappropriate conversation about the Christmas party. These two make checkers franchise loook bad. And the food was hard like everything was double dipped. Usually I have no problems but tonight was just a very unprofessional night. ??????????????

I ordered tenders for my toddler and myself… they were so undercooked you couldn’t even bite through YUCK. So disgusted and disappointed.

Ordering was easy, and the guy at the window was so nice and friendly. He smiled the entire time and even wished me a good day. This experience is becoming rare, so I appreciated his positive vibe. I wish I had asked his name. If I see him again, I'll update my comment. ♡The food was so good. Those fries thou, omg, they are the best around. My burger was juicy and perfect, as well as my vanilla shake. Definitely recommend, go get your ? ?. You will not be disappointed.

This has got to be the worst restaurant in the chain. Every time I come here during the day or late at night since this is the only place on this side of town open something is wrong with my order. Then when you try and repeat it to whoever is working they have an attitude and it is still wrong. Last night will be my last time stopping here.
