I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was really, really salty. Now I remember why I don't go to Chick-fil-A. I don't get the hype at all. I know I'm one of the few that would say this because the place always has a line, but, hey, I'm low salt and don't understand what is so amazing there.

Jim R., comments are very correct and are point. The customer Service and everything is awful. All they do is talk to each other. I would rather drive to Bartow or Davenport. I done more complaints on this chickfila than I have ever wanted to. Please bring back the old man who originally owned thus location because everything ran prefect. This new owner has driven the restaurant in the in the ground. He doesn't even live in the area. He is hundreds miles away, he doesn't know what is going on day in and day out.

The manager handed me my food but not my drinks. It was about a 10-minute wait just to receive my drinks after I received the food and I had to request for them because they forgot to make after receiving them I realized that they were both small shakes but at that point I just didn't feel like going back inside. The manager complained of having to take nine interviews and the atmosphere was very chaotic compared to the other Chick-fil-As I've gone to. They do have a system in place. There wasn't any at the time of me placing my order and receiving my food. I was definitely not satisfied. My food is going to be cold by the time I get home and I didn't get the correct size milkshake with my order. This is the only Chick-fil-A in the area but I will never eat here anymore. Horrible customer service. If I could read a zero they would definitely get one.

Y’all need to get some lessons from Zaxbys on how to do online ordering because yours sucks. If you want good food and good service go somewhere else, because this place ain’t it!!!!!!!! Instead of having your employees stand around and talk to each other try talking to the customer. I want be back no thank you

I came by shortly before close and ordered an 8 piece nugget combo meal and a deluxe sandwich combo meal and unfortunately my 8 piece nuggets were missing and I realized once I got too far away and they had already closed
