My food was delicious and the employees that took my order and gave me my food were very polite and helpful. I love Chick-fil-a but the only downside to going through the drive thru is that it's so crowded. I guess a lot of other people love it too!

Food was good, just not that good. So much they can do to improve the quality and taste of their food instead on just being plain. Has sort of a rush attitude to handle the flow, but friendly and attentive goes a long way. Don’t think I’ll go back, not a good dining experience.

What I don’t understand is why the closing employees racing in the parking lot after closing. I come to pick my daughter up from Panera Bread at 10:30 and a white car and a pick up truck flushing it through Panera bread parking lot.

The service and friendliness was great! BUT the food was terrible. Very odd since I’ve eaten there many times. In the past the food was good. Not this time: the Mac & cheese was mush very overcooked. Couldn’t even eat it. And the grilled chicken sandwich had a very tough layer could hardly chew it. And the bun was stale. My whole meal was awful. Not sure what’s happened at this Winterhaven location, maybe the management has changed to a lower level of quality.

Well what can we say we love chick-fil- a people are friendly service is good..only looong lines u easily spend half hour in drive through...we need more locations like in lakewales..have to drive 30 mins to winter haven or davenport areaVegetarian options: Only does not have vegan cheese, so make sure to say no cheese
