My husband and I had dinner here last night for a friend’s final day at work. We live in Lakeland so this was our first time at this location. We had Braxton as our server and he was an absolute rockstar. Fast, prompt, and charming! He did a great job, and our table was very well taken care of. Honestly, we had such a great time, we may just start coming up to winter haven just to go to Chilis! Thanks for a great evening! Oh, and the lemon drop marg is a revelation. 🙌🏼💖

Continually harassed about drinks and desert, brought my wife a chicken quesadilla when she ordered only cheese (she specified no chicken) then they took the chicken off instead of remaking it after asking if they could just take it off, charged us for 3 root beers they didn't have and then tried to charge us separately for the chicken queadilla. Sorry no tip when you go out of your way so bad.

Greeter was a little crusty but our server was amazing. Food was tasty.

3/6/25 Decided to try again and at least this time my order arrived but once again had an issue. This time the order was wrong but guess it at least was not just canceled as the other instance.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

When did Chili's start charging for a glass of water??? We were charged $1 each for a glass of water (mainly ice) and never even got the refills we requested! The corn on the cob was so dry and burned, my husband noticed it as soon as the waitress put his plate down. When he told her, she said she wouldn't even eat that and she'd bring him another. She never came back until she brought us the bill, at which time she had the corn taken off the bill.

I ordered the triple dipper with chicken, crisps, big mouth bites and mozzarella sticks. I got on two big mouth bites. One mozzarella stick, no chick crispers. I also ordered the chicken tortilla soup, which was good, but I also ordered the skillet queso and I got a half of a container of queso for something to charge over $12 for I don’t know why I thought things were changed since the last time I ordered from here but two and done for me now.

To go is pretty terrible, called in and they said they would text me when it was ready. Waited for 30 minutes in an to go spot before I finally went in. I ordered a bacon rancher cooked medium, it came well done with no cheese and like 12 cold fries in
