Came here with my coworker today service was awesome shout to my waitress Alyssa super helpful And very attentive!! Food took a bit long but the manager Todd was also great !! And super helpful!! He had my food remade and made sure we were taken care of :) thank you so much !!

Came in to eat with my coworker , service was great but my burger was raw when I brought it back to work. Came back to talk to the manager Todd and he made the situation right. Remade my food for me and even gave me a complimentary drink.

So what started off as a bad night turned into a great night thanks to Todd the manager. After a door dash driver had reportedly eaten the food I paid for, verified through DoorDash customer service, Todd personally took time out of his day, after I’m sure was a long day at work and kindly brought my food to me. I thank him tremendously and will never forget that wonderful act of kindness from this restaurant. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue, but each time they have made things right. The only reason why I frequently order from them is their excellent customer service… minus door dash 😂THANK YOU TODD🩷

We had a great experience today at lunch. We were seated promptly greeted shortly after being sat. Food was delicious and service was very hospitable.

Tonight was our last visit at this location. The last 2 times we went, the hostess tried to seat us at the bar rather than in the nearly empty dining room. The finish on the tables was chipping off, making me wonder how they could even get them clean.
The server tried, but at every turn she was returning food to the kitchen due to kitchen errors. This happened with every table around us. The food for my table came out unusually slow. I had the chicken crispers and they were okay, nothing special. My companion had the Old Timer burger. The bun was dry with it falling apart with each bite, the meat of the burger was so overcooked that it fell apart in chunks and was too dry to easily swallow. The burger was supposed to come with lettuce, onion, chopped tomato, and mustard. It had only the lettuce. The server got a slice of tomato and a bottle of mustard, but the tomato was not ripe and too firm to eat. The fountain drinks we got had a cleaning chemical taste to them and tasted very watered down. The restaurant was very cold inside leaving us shivering and wanting to depart quickly. When it was time to pay the bill, we were expected to pay via the video kiosk on the table. That would have been okay had we wanted to pay via credit/debit card, but we were paying via cash.
Wake up management and correct the issues at this location, or expect it to close due to lack of customers.
Not a pleasant experience or even good food. Tonight was a waste of $40 for 2 people. They are getting no more of my money.

I ordered off-line as most know I have cancer. I can’t go out to grab food. I called in because I wanted to ensure I had everything within my order and then I just need an extra boat of the condiments for the fajitas. I spoke to Devon S he was so kind, sweet and accommodating. Usually when you call in to most places in the area, they have an attitude they’re mean to you, but he was so attentive and so on point I definitely highly recommend visiting this location and if he can be your server ask for him Maria was the manager on site. She was also one of a kind. I recommend this chili over #MIN that I’ve been to. They are some grand and amazing people. I am glad to have placed an order with them and tell Devon and Maria I sent you may God bless them both.

Great Experience at Chili’s!
The food was delicious, especially the chips, which were fresh and perfectly crispy. I really enjoyed the “Three for Me” deal…it’s a great value and perfect for a full, satisfying meal. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, making it a great place to bring the whole family. I’ll definitely be coming back.
