Santa Fe salad must have ghost peppers in it. Why any chef would make a salad that' should be cold and refreshing like that is beyond my understanding. Also the lettuce was warm. Wife waited 15 minutes for her fajitas to be served after someone saying "they'll be right out". Also not served with my meal. Ordered another round, of margaritas, why, didn't know maybe bored, they sucked. Never came. We left. Tried to charge us for a second round and a fajita we never received but the manager was very nice and apologized and waved bill. We also visited other restaurants in the area, longhorns as an example. All service and food in this town is not good. Lower your standards and expect to be disappointed when you stay at LEGO land. I only leave reviews when I'm trying to save someone or reward a great job so... You've been warned

waited 30 extra mins for my to go order of a salad, and steak and potatoes. they forgot my order cause of all the door dash orders.got food home to have to put it in oven to heat up… our food sat so all those door dash orders could take priority :(never going here again.

Great food as always! I asked for the bite burgers without ranch, they made them with ranch so we took them back, the employee was very apologetic and immediately had new ones prepared correctly, great customer service!Everything else was great but the molten is always the best!
First time back in a couple years. Food was good and service was definitely better than last time. Still a little slow but not bad by any means.

Sat there for 15-20min without being acknowledged. I only went in for drinks the bartender looked at me and continued on .. when she finally came to me I said to her I thought I wasn't going to get serviced she state to me that she didn't see me there ? like really I was the only black girl at the bar. Then to make matters worst the manager asked everyone around me I'd they were ok except me ! Then I put I my rewards for chips whichnever came out until I asked the bartender eta the she brought cold chips. I was done u still tipped but not as much as I should've yal need to do better black people come to spend money like white people but yall will never get the good side of us if we are being treated as a second or third option! Will not be returning

Our party ordered a couple of Oldtimers with cheese (delicious, best burgers we've had in ages), and the crispy chicken strips (crunchy on the outside, white and juicy on the inside). Our only slight disappointment was the chips. Salsa was great, but the chips weren't all cooked evenly. And the mango sweet tea was delicious, make sure you stir it.From greeting to payment the service was great. Of course it also helps if you don't go at rush hour. We went after lunch, but before the dinner crowd. Had a great server. Everyone at the Winter Haven location was courteous and helpful.Parking: Handicap parking us up front, and lot appears to be sufficient.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was clean, including the tables. There is a bar in the center. But nothing offensive. Saw quite a few families there. Choice of booths or tables and chairs. Whatever suits your group.
