The last 3 times I have got very rude service from the lady cashier she needs to get a new job if she don’t know how to treat customers!!!!!

I will never order food from this place again. Chicken tasted like it was microwaved and tossed in a sauce. Service the lady is just yelling at the customers and not giving them a chance to answer and very loud and chaotic. It would have been better for me to drive drown to Panda Express

The person in the welcoming you to the business inside behind the counter '40s to 50s. She was an absolute rude, rude, rude individual. Loud. Didn't care about what the person had to say. Just give me my give me my money. Give me your money. If you don't know English, learn it. I will not be back. I'm glad we're just on a short vacation. And the food was mediocre at best.

This is not a restaurant. The rude lady wouldn’t let us eat in and she kept pushing us to leave. The food is very suspect and not good. I don’t think people who have eaten here have had great Chinese food before. We threw our food away

New management lacks customer service skills, lady at front speaks loud, never gives a warm greeting like the old management, and once asked me to pay in cash, I got nothing against the food, but yesterday will be the last time I buy food from them, I should have to wait for a thank you after a purchase , which I never received, and used to get

I’ve been coming here for years, they recently got a new owner but the food and service continues to be amazing. They serve you extremely fast and the lady is really nice. Food is really flavorful and the lunch special is affordable. Comes with your main course and a soup or egg roll.

In the area visiting. Had chicken and broccoli take out. Served with brown sauce which is my preference. Even had a few carrots for nice color variation. Tasted fresh. Veggies were fresh perfectly done. Was even better once I mixed in some hot pepper oil (just ask for this they keep it in their refrigerator). I was impressed for the strip mall WH location it’s pretty tasty. Would order again.

We will not be ordering from this place again. They ask do you want pork fried rice or white rice with your lunch special. If you go online pork fried rice isn't an option-only regular fried rice or white rice. So they ask and leave off one of the options so they can upcharge you the extra $1 per plate. I am sorry, but this is not good business. Do not only offer upgrade options. Tell me all THREE of my options before you auto-upgrade me. When a business does this to me, I do not go back. We have ordered from here before-online and for pickup and NEVER had this issue. There was not an upcharge for the fried rice that comes with the lunch specials in the past!

DO NOT EAT HERE! This was our first time eating here as we were here on vacation at Legoland and the experience was HORRIBLE Red flag #1 when we walked in we noticed a brown box full of already cooked chicken in the open, red flag number 2 the lady at the register literally rushed me and my husband to order by motioning her hands to hurry up mind you we were the only customers inside at the time and did not take no more than 30- 60sec before this behavior began, red flag number 3 we received our food and walk from the counter to check our food to make sure it was correct as we always do with any restaurant, this lady comes running from behind the counter try's to take the plates out our hands saying what's wrong what's wrong, as if it's a crime to check your food I literally had to tell her to BACK UP, I can check my food! And that was it for me, honestly the food did not look appealing so we threw it out immediately and went somewhere else with that along with the very suspicious behavior on us checking the food made me feel like they had something to hide we aren't from here but that will be the last dollar they ever see of mine !
