Worst Chipotle in Winter Haven, FL.. not only the always problem with the food, the orders, portions and to top it off worst customer service ever and if you read the rest of the reviews you can also tell management don’t care. Save your hard earned money and go some place else.

Horrible service and all my food was cold. When Iet them know about the food temperature being cold and hard all they said was if I don't like it I can leave will never return to this location and would recommend others to do the same this location cares nothing about the customer satisfaction or if you had an issue with the food this location needs to be looked into!

So supposedly they don’t have a toaster to make quesadillas unless you order online then magically the toaster shows up to toast and make your quesadilla…

THat is what I was told. That makes no sense… They were completely unhelpful… I just wanted a chicken and cheese quesadilla and they refuse to serve me while helping other people. It’s unfortunate of me and my family come to this chipotle but not anymore. Very disappointed.

Unacceptable.! why people buy here is beyond me.😑! I was picking up for a friend. The poor lady at the takeout counter was STRUGGLING! no fault of her own, the order slip machine was stuck or broken. She had about 12+ people waiting. This was lunch time. One employee came over looked at her station played with the machine and said I can't help you in Spanish and walked away. Seem like the manager since the uniform was different.
Waited 20 mins for a pre ordered takeout.( had it been mind, I'd cancel and requested a refund) 3 Uber eats or Grubhub people walked out. One lady said she was waiting 30mins.... Nope 🙅🏾‍♀️ Nope not me.
Management Do Better to help your staff and service the paying customers.. I felt sorry for this poor worker.
And Shame, on the female customer that was eating heard the name of the person that walked out, and came up and grabbed that order on her way out. ... Damm girl!!

Rice was a bit hard steak a bit tough but it was drained and cooked well done. Not extreme on wait time that night. Generous with the vegetables which were great. Staff looked energetic. I'd eat there again it was 20 for double steak but it was worth it took two sittings to eat

I’ve gave this chipotle many many chances hoping one day they’d get it right! They do not know how to cook white rice at all. Their rice is ALWAYS extremely hard and undercooked. Never fails and i been coming to this location for about a year and NOT ONCE the rice was cooked properly. I guess its my fault for being lazy and not going to another location!!!

It took three times to actually eat here. The first time they were out of all proteins. Staff barked it would be 10 minutes until anything was ready.

Came back the next night and they were out of rice. The third time I actually got food but the restaurant was filthy staff was rude and disinterested. I’ll be skipping this one for a while.

This is one of our favorite places to eat at. Delicious food for a reasonable price. We love the convenience of being able to satisfy our hunger practically upon arriving.

So much food for the dinero . I can literally eat on q bowl 3 times. The steak asado is my favorite and the chicken is my husband's go to. Everything is always fresh and delicious.

Vegetarian options: Again I must say, always fresh.

I ordered a large guacamole and chips through the website. I picked my order and returned home. When I opened my guacamole, it was browning to exposure. Also, the guacamole wasn't seasoned. The chips I ordered were stale. I immediately called customer service to request a refund. I was refunded for my order. However, I will not ever eat from this location, again. Close the location or do better. Customer service is owed to all who spend their money with this location. It's ridiculous. I'm going to submit a complaint with the BBB.
