****UPDATE 11/23/2025 - I reached out Nov 11, 2025 with all my contact info and no one ever reached out to me. I don't think they ever will. Just wanted to let people know Cici's doesn't follow through and just makes it appear they care by responding to bad reviews.***

This is now the second time we have gone to this Cici's to have the woman calling herself the GM try to scam us. I had a coupon for 2 people for $2.99 for an adult buffet and nowhere does it say you need to buy a drink. We never get drinks as my wife can't have carbonation and I don't like soda. The kid in front of us was paying for 3 people with a 5.99 coupon and she told him they had to buy drinks and he walked away without paying. I walked up and showed my coupon which again I checked and the told me I need to buy drinks and that it is a store policy by the owner of that store. I asked where is this policy listed and she said it's not written down anywhere. She said it's a corporate coupon and they don't have to follow it. After asking her several times to honor the coupon she said there is nothing she could do and this is the GM? A GM could override any policy. They are pulling a bait and switch or false advertising which ever you wish to classify it as. We have never been forced to by drinks before and after how rude this woman treated us, we will not be back. If this is your policy is MUST be clearly displayed for all to see. I believe she is just forcing things on people to try to boost her numbers.

It's OK if you want a quick bite of some kid pizza. I really wish cici's would put sauce on their pizza. I've never been to any cici's where the pizza isn't dry. I'm not trying to cause issues but there was a cockroach crawling across the lids on the station where you get your drink lids and napkins and I lost my appetite. Otherwise they're OK. The employees are friendly and kind and personable.

Well I will no longer be going to this location. We had a coupon and nowhere on the coupon does it say you have to buy a drink or anywhere in the store. I for one can’t even drink soda or anything carbonated because it causes me pain but the “GM” says it’s our store policy well if it is you should have it plastered on the walls and in front of register. Horrible management and service. Woman was very rude and wouldn’t get the owner when asked.
