this place is Disgusting. Saw 2 roaches within 15 mins of being in the establishment with my children. ON THE TABLES AS WE WERE EATING! .. Only reason I gave 1 star is because It doesn’t allow you to give 0 stars!!!

Average gut filler pizza. Had pasta, soup and salad too.

There isn't a better value than Cicis pizza for pizza. There is a wide variety of pizza, along with a nice salad bar, pasta with 2 sauce options, chicken noodle soup, cheesy bread, and a few dessert options. They also allow you to special order a pizza for your table, with whatever sauce and toppings you want, and 2 options of crust. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My 3 kids all enjoyed their dinner. Thank you .

Vegetarian options: There is a nice salad bar and you can get any pizza you want special ordered for you.

Dietary restrictions: They accommodate any pizza you want and the salad bar has lite dressings.

Kid-friendliness: There are a lot of options, cheap pricing for kids, and an arcade area.

The food was ok, but they have people on the morning shift who don't know what they are doing, and when you ask them for help, they give you attitudes.They roll their eyes.They speak another language to someone else. I'm just asking questions about a certain pizza. I didn't think it was a hard question. But the fact that the manager gives you such attitude and slam their hands down is an embarrassment to the company. The ower or owners should be ashamed of themselves for their management team. I will not be bringing my family back to this establishment, Until they are management staff and new team members havebetter training.

Everything was closed an hour before closing time, and they refused to make any food because they had everything cleaned. The person at the register doesn’t even tell you there’s no food until after you pay. The worse cicis we have ever been too. We are Definitely Not coming back.

Walk in to get service 49.99 pizza and the buffet stops at 9 pm but the local close at 10 pm; but the lazy staff can’t cook food 9pm till 10pm . This is how y’all think this business is going to progress or prosper. If y’all don’t want to work go home and shut down the business. B.$. Place to bring the family; it has changed to worse ????????and that’s the manager who spoke to me.

This place used to be decent. Now there's never any pizza on the buffet other than kid pizzas or dessert pizzas. Even on a busy Saturday night. After more than 10 years of visiting Cici's, I will NEVER return.

My review reflects on the restaurant. I had 2 transactions while there. And I was charged 20% more then was my total on my receipt. One order was 39.59 on my receipt. But was charged 47.51 to my card. I only cought it cause I get a text Everytime I use my card.

How to get in contact with you the owner?

June 18 - 4 PM. I usually go to Cici’s because I love their pizza buffet and the environment. I have been eating at Cici’s for 10 years, so I know how the pizza is supposed to taste. Well after today I am not coming back to the Winter Haven location. The pizza was horrible. All of them. When I came in everything needed a refill.

I tried all of the pizzas, all of them tasted bad. Different texture, different cheese ingredient or just so much oil it was impossible to eat. For example, the spinach pizza was all spinach zero cheese.

My family time was completely ruined. When I approached to tell them how all of the pizza tasted bad and looked super oily and different than what it usually tastes like, the employee told me it was because the pizza “was fresh”. And ignored me. She gave me the worst attitude for letting her know that.

We left because what’s the point of going to a pizza buffet if the pizza is disappointing. And they won’t make an effort to make a better pizza because on their mind, the pizza was good and fresh.

Hot, fresh, and ready! Family friendly environment with arcade games, directly next to Walmart so you can shop for groceries after. My kids love their Mac n cheese pizza, my go to is the buffalo chicken pizza! They have a salad bar for greener healthier eats as well!

Vegetarian options: Not vegan friendly, lots of cheese! However if you can eat cheese, this is a great vegetarian spot with tons of options for you, and they deliver custom pizza to your table at request.

Kid-friendliness: Family friendly, and arcade games for after you eat!
