CiCi's Pizza buffet in Winter Haven FL next to Walmart you should try the apple cinnamon pizza it is most excellent and awesome the cinnamon buns are good too.. I knew I forgot something I should have taken a quart of milk "Cow Joose" Now you can go up to the counter and order a 10 inch personal pizza a specialty pizza already thought up by cici's or you can design one of your own it doesn't cost anymore I don't know how many they'll give to you but I know that so far I have gotten three of them for the same price I paid for the buffet.. As of April 14th 2024 two adults buffet in your drink costed $23.92 with tax I hope this helps everyone out please choose me as best answer so my points can get me to the next level.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch. The pizza was great. They offered several varieties while we were enjoying the buffet. There was a salad bar as well as dessert items. Staff was very friendly.

Not the best Cici's. My entire time there, the soup was low and the pasta noodles were literally the bottom of the barrel. Person came by only once to remove dirty plates and then asked if it was ok to do so.

This was the worst buffet I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Food was cold and not much to choose from and when you pay for your food they ask you for a tip why do they need a tip? They don’t do anything we serve ourselves get our own refills and clean off our own tables, so what did they do to deserve a tip. ?

Decided to try CiCi's for the first time. A lady named Yuridia O helped me. After I paid for myself and the little girl that I was with, we ran into the bathroom. When we came out, I realized she never gave us our cups for the drinks. She argued with me and told me she did give it to me and I told her she didn't and she kept arguing that she gave it to me. So she finally gave me a cup for myself and the little girl I was with. I asked her if they were any names on the pizza, since none of them were labeled. She said they don't do that there and every time I asked her what kind of pizza something was, she would say it rudely. Also, the soup had not even a ladel full left in it. ( This was 12:15) I asked her if there's any more soup. She was on her phone, that was at one of the counters. I guess I was interrupting her time on her phone. I did notice other employees working behind the counter and a lady was working hard clearing tables. I liked it when I saw the buffet, but she turned me off to this place.

Haven't been to a CiCi's in a long time. First time in FL. Not how I remembered it. Pizza light on toppings. Never brought another dessert pizza out. The worst part was, we were not greeted when we arrived. We stood there for 6 minutes listening to a Manager discussing breaking a drawer with an employee never once telling us, "We will be with you in a moment". Sadly, we won't be back. Too many other places to eat.

We wanted pizza but couldn't decide so we went to cicis. We hadn't been in over 8 years. The pizza was fresh and they asked if we wanted any special pizzas. Ask for the taco pizza. Yum. The salad bar was stocked, clean, and had many choices. We were able to all get what we wanted and it was really good. The dessert pizza was good too.
