We ate here tonight after a long and satisfying day at Legoland with our kids. The food was on point. (Deluxe double burger and kids meals with vanilla and carmel pecan custards). I needed to specifically highlight the staff, who were super kind and patient with us and our small children; none of us knew the menu well, and they took time to answer our rookie questions without showing any impatience, esp on new year's eve a couple hours before closing. I wanted to also specifically highlight the black man who worked the counter tonight and took our order; he acted like he genuinely cared and took pride in what he does- I am sorry I dont remember his name, but he was fantastic in every way. I should have tipped him (I know tipping isn't required) and now I regret not. But the food, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. Thanks for making our last meal out of 2025 a really good one.

very strange and rude customer service from night crew, especially miss tasha. the woman in the lobby is quite strange as well. food was mid and could tell it wasn’t fresh. the bacon was burnt and old tasting. expected much better from culver’s.

The staff were very friendly and professional through the drive through. The wait times were reasonable and the food was perfect. No complaints at all.
Spend $99.59 in the frive through and they missed one of th e sandwiches 4 fries and 1 large cheesecurd. This place has been awful since it opened.

Went through the drive thru to pick up some burgers and a soda... The line was sorry and moved quickly... The young lady was patient as we figured out what we wanted... Our food came out in no time! As expected from Culver's, or food was fresh and tasty! Thank y'all! Enjoy!

Jess is amazing and I’m so appreciative. I have a very timid teen who knew what he wanted but didn’t quite know how to put his combo together within his budget. She not only helped him out everything together but patiently waited for him to have enough money sent to him to pay for the order. Her kindness really was so appreciated.
