This place seems to be going down hill. The last few times we have been it’s gotten worse and worse. Tonight I asked for extra onions which were burnt and taste like the soaked in grease. Heaven forbid you ask for extra onion any other time and ketchup they barely put any on the burger. When we got home tonight no napkins one packet of ketchup. The onion rings taste like they were cooked in burnt grease. Over priced and a waste of food. I threw it away to avoid being sick. We wasted $55. We have done the surveys asked for management to call and nothing so maybe an Google review is appropriate. When you have an issue in the store and ask for help they act like you offended them. Anyone looking for a place go check out Five Guys and spend about the same but better quality. They are located on the opposite side of this plaza.

Paid $24 for a 4 butter burgers and a cheese clustered just to got 4 sandwiches with just a patty and buns. I feel ripped off and when i called in to complain they told me i was out of luck.

What is the point of curbside pickup if I have to go in and get my order? Is this what $50 gets? My concrete is no longer a concrete. My fries are cold. And my order is old. Waited in my truck for 15 mins for a curbside order that was sitting inside waiting for someone to deliver it. Extremely disappointed in Culver’s. This was my second visit and will definitely be my last.
