My only complaint would be that it gets pretty smoky when they are cooking and your hair / clothes end up smelling like it.

My fiance and I are having a rough day so we decided to try a new coffee shop. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. Immediately we were greeted with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. I got an iced latte with the homemade cinnamon bun flavor and definitely the best sausage, egg and cheese croissant I've ever had! If you're in the area I would highly recommend this place. They deserve every great review on here. Thank you for making our day!

Stopped in for coffee with a friend. Really cute and quaint. The caramel cold brew was delicious. It's a nice little spot to relax and have good conversation. I'm always in the area for work and will definitely return.

The food is amazing!!!! The crab cakes are to die for, had to come back 3 days later to eat them again. The wings are juicy. My friend ordered shrimp and grits and it was well made and so tasty! The service is amazing and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend everyone to try it!

You advertise smoodies, but when my wife got there, the place looked close, smelled like fish, no attendance in front, and finally... they stopped selling smoodies. 😳🤔😫
Cuppa Eden is overall my favorite restaurant in Winter Haven, I came there for a coffee and left with much more than I expected. The cafe ambiance was warm, inviting, and CLEAN! I try not to eat pork so I came just for the coffee, but the lovely lady who checked me out suggested other options. I ended up with the French toast which was amazing, it was gone by the time I got home, and the coffee was just the cherry on top! I hope more people find out about this hidden gem!

I don't like giving bad reviews. I arrived there today and left before I could eat. Customer service issues. Food prices are not listed you have to ask. I asked about The Lox . She said oh its just salmon and a bagel. Yet its $15. Cashier told me to look at the menu while she goes to the back and help. Acted as if she didn't really want to service me or answer any questions
