This is my new favorite place for a protein drink

First off I have to start by saying I hate that I have to come on here and even say anything but good things because it has been nothing but great since I started coming here for my every morning drink. The staff is amazing and the owner is a sweetheart, well yesterday I figured I would try a coffee instead of the teas that I get every morning to change it up. I got the coffee. I thought it tasted good when I got home. I just wasn’t able to drink it. I’m not too sure if it’s because of all the vitamins or what, but it overpowered the flavor of the drink and tasted very chalky so I put it in my fridge and figured I’d stop back by in the morning and see if they would change it out for a tea because let’s be honest… they aren’t cheap, totally worth every penny but $12 a day is $60 a week and $240 a month, which I don’t mind paying because the drinks are amazing, but if I’m not going to drink what I paid for you think I would be able to change it out. So I went inside and told the sweet girl that was on staff at the time how the coffee was and if I can exchange it for a drink, she then said she had to call her manager who is the owner to get permission so she called and the manager said no I was very embarrassed and taken back by her response. I would love to keep going there for the teas as they are amazing and so I thought was the way they did business but I would rather go back to my Red Bulls then being embarrassed like that again (by the way I have never wrote a review on anything… only if the service was really good and they asked me too.) I was just very very embarrassed.

Response to owner: It wasn’t half gone. The whipped cream melted that you filled it with. I had maybe three sips, so I wanted to clarify that. As I mentioned earlier, I’ve never tried the coffee since I’ve tried many of the teas, which are great, but the coffee wasn’t what I expected. No big deal. I understand you’re a small business, and I figured it wouldn’t be a big deal to satisfy a “regular” by switching it out I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal to satisfy a “regular” by replacing their drink. My comment about “embarrassment” stemmed from my own experience. I felt embarrassed because I thought bringing the drink back almost full (not nearly empty) would be easy to replace, but when I was told no, it was embarrassing even though I didn’t want to do that in the first place. If you had been in my shoes, having the courage to bring the drink back and ask for a replacement and being told no, I believe anyone with a heart would feel embarrassed. However, your response was sufficient. Thank you for clarifying why you couldn’t replace my drink.

Absolutely love this place! This tea and nutrition shop has become my go-to spot, and I can honestly say I look forward to every visit. The teas are always so clean, fresh, and seriously some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. Whether I’m in the mood for a tea or a coffee, I’ve never been disappointed—the coffees are rich and flavorful, and the baby cakes are the perfect little treat to go along with your drink.
The atmosphere here really sets it apart from anywhere else. It’s always buzzing with positive energy, full of friendly faces working, chatting, or just relaxing. The environment is inviting and supportive, making it easy to unwind whether I’m by myself or catching up with friends. Plus, the owner is incredibly sweet—she always makes it a point to greet customers and make everyone feel welcome.
One of my favorite things about this shop is that it’s not just a place to grab a drink. There’s a salon suite inside, so you can actually get your nails, hair, facials, or even waxing done all in the same visit! I genuinely appreciate the convenience of being able to treat myself to self-care while enjoying my favorite drinks and snacks.
All in all, I couldn’t be happier to have found this spot. It really caters to just about anything you could need for self care day, and the atmosphere is unmatched. If you haven’t visited yet, I absolutely recommend stopping by! you’ll love it!😊🫶🏻

The coffees and teas 😮‍💨🤤🤤 my daughter usually gets shakes there and she loves them! I always get a coffee or a tea to wake me up or to have energy for the rest of the day!!! The ladies are always AMAZING!!

I have not had a chance to try any tea yet but the atmosphere is such a vibe !! The girls are always so sweet everytime I go in to purchase jewelry ! It’s a must have go swing by and grab you some tea and while you’re at it grab you some of the cutest jewelry to add to you’re collection 🤩

I have not had the chance to try any of Cypress Nutritions beverages. But, all my fellow teachers at Garden Grove Elementary School that have tried them, say they are absolutely yummy😋 I am so excited to try one soon!!

I highly recommend Cypress Nutrition!! They make the most yummy tea bombs around. Always a great pick me up 😊
