When I pulled in drive thru no other customer was there at all .I had to wait for my food to cook fresh that's great but when they brought it out no drinks and no ranch with my tender meal I asked the employee if I could get mini blizzard with my meal instead of drinks she said yes but she charged me so when n I got meals no blizzards and it cost $40 for it what a haul for chicken tenders wo could have bought steak for that price .

I visited the one on Havendale. Was in the area for an appointment. The food was excellent! I thought I had cooked it, just that good! Service was great, too!

I had been to this place before, but today I went with my family and we ordered 5 burgers and a hot dog. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was cold, like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The meat tasted like cardboard because it was overcooked. The hot dog was as cold as snow, so my niece couldn't even eat it. I went to complain. I asked for another hot dog, and I don't know if it was on purpose because of the complaint, the sausage was all burnt. Also, none of the employees wear gloves or hats. The service was terrible, especially David. If you talk to him, he plays deaf. Plus, he has a terrible attitude. I don't understand why they don't value the customer; it's illogical... the facilities, the floors, and the tables are dirty... I will never return to this place.

I asked for a coffee flavored milkshake and at first they offered a Moolatte which I don't like because it always has crunchy stuff in it. Then they offered to put coffee in a vanilla milkshake. A young man went through the trouble of asking how strong I wanted the coffee and had me taste test. I was surprised by the excellent costumer service! Thank you!

It might have the best taste but it’s the MOST dishonest ice cream shop I’ve ever dealt with. After visiting the dmv, I got a coupon to try their new flavor. First time using a coupon in my life. And the first time will be the last because of the dishonesty of the employee. She charged me wrong and when I addressed it to her she said don’t worry we will send it back to your card…. However she never even had me put my card back into the reader and to no surprise I didn’t receive any money back. Now every time I want an ice cream I drive ten more minutes to go to the next Dairy Queen, the brand won a customer for life but the location lost a whole generation. DISHONEST.

This is the only DQ I can find that still has the combo that includes a Sunday you can't beat this deal Burger fries drink AND a Sunday for $7.00!!! What a great deal and the staff are super sweet!
