They don't support online ordering so you can't get promos with this location. Scam! You might want to tell your employees about the 5 digit code. They refused not only myself and another customer. They said their was no way to do it. They were barely aware of the promotion.

I ordered a burger and fries in the drive thru and after ordering was asked to pull up and wait for my food. What’s the point of pulling up to wait, and the food is cold? I live two minutes away and waited to get home to eat. There’s no reason my food should be ice cold after a TWO minute drive. After the first bite, i immediately called the store to inform them of this issue and the young lady on the phone told me my options were to come back to the store, or text a photo of my receipt to a phone number. I just finished a long work week and didn’t wanna drive back after I was already home. I thought the more convenient option would be to text the number. WRONG. After texting my receipt, I was ignored. So I called the next day and the “manager” told me I would not get a refund because I was “lying about my food being cold.” Clearly if they can’t make a burger correctly, this is the right job for them. This place and all the employees suck for sure. I’ve had warmer food and better customer service at McDonald’s. Trash 🚮 .

The customer service here is amazing! Eli was so considerate with the wait of our meals. He always said he did his best and the food was amazing either way. The young lady up front was also SO kind. She was so quick with our ice cream too. This place has been amazing for the past few years. Love this night staff!

Went to this location yesterday with my daughter to get the 99¢ cone. And it was the sadness cone I ever seen. False advertisement! They show the cone full in the picture, then when my daughter got it, it was the tiniest cone possible with a table spoon of ice cream on top. I understand you get what you pay for, but if thats all you get for 99¢ then at least show it that way in the picture so guests know. Not gonna fall for that trick again.
My wife sent me there to get her food and they told me she had to come pick it up herself . They wouldn't call the person who was on the order or anything. They would not let me get our order and i had to drive home then hire a door dash driver to go get it for us. We spent over 100 for our food.. and they can't even let us have it.. unbelievable
