Order a chicken sandwich from here and then I asked for no lettuce no tomato. My chicken sandwich was a chicken tender on a bun That came with lettuce and tomato on it. That’s nothing like I’ve received here previously. I’m a regular that comes here several times a month because I live very close. That’s quite disappointing I ordered the chicken sandwich before it’s a chicken patty not a tender.

Was pretty lousy the Havendale Blvd dairy queen didn't participate in the national dairy queen black friday 1/2 price novelties and cakes sakes and still charged full orice. very disappointed in the Auburndale location franchise

Love DQ. Cheese chili hot dogs. Scrumptious onion rings. Love DQ. Root beer float. Next day I’ll get a vanilla sundae with half strawberry half hot fudge topping and nuts. No whipped cream. Did I mention I love DQ? Dilly Bars -Mmmm.

The DQ cupcakes are the BEST at this location! (We have tried all of our local DQ's) They are made with care! I met the woman who usually makes them here! She's the sweetest. She's definitely takes pride in her work. Give her a raise!!! LOL In addition to being delicious and pretty, the cupcakes here are the lowest priced ones! Thank you, Winter Haven DQ!!!

Ice cream was not the usual creamy consistency that it usually is. Very disappointed.
When I pulled in drive thru no other customer was there at all .I had to wait for my food to cook fresh that's great but when they brought it out no drinks and no ranch with my tender meal I asked the employee if I could get mini blizzard with my meal instead of drinks she said yes but she charged me so when n I got meals no blizzards and it cost $40 for it what a haul for chicken tenders wo could have bought steak for that price .

I had been to this place before, but today I went with my family and we ordered 5 burgers and a hot dog. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was cold, like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The meat tasted like cardboard because it was overcooked. The hot dog was as cold as snow, so my niece couldn't even eat it. I went to complain. I asked for another hot dog, and I don't know if it was on purpose because of the complaint, the sausage was all burnt. Also, none of the employees wear gloves or hats. The service was terrible, especially David. If you talk to him, he plays deaf. Plus, he has a terrible attitude. I don't understand why they don't value the customer; it's illogical... the facilities, the floors, and the tables are dirty... I will never return to this place.

I asked for a coffee flavored milkshake and at first they offered a Moolatte which I don't like because it always has crunchy stuff in it. Then they offered to put coffee in a vanilla milkshake. A young man went through the trouble of asking how strong I wanted the coffee and had me taste test. I was surprised by the excellent costumer service! Thank you!
