Every time I get ice cream I end up with stomach problems. I don't know if they are not cleaning those machines or what. This time when I ordered peanut buster parfait it made me very sick and I ended up in the ER.

Don’t let the one star rating fool you. This DQ deserves a -1000! There’s nothing but a bunch of immature, inexperienced, incompetent and disrespectful teens running (or ruining) the store. I took my family there tonight for a treat and we ended up returning the order and getting our money back. We ordered a Medium Moolatte and three medium Sundae cups with ice cream only. Two of the three sundae cups were nicely filled but the third one was tiny. I asked if they would please put more ice cream in it like the others and I was told that they go by weight and if they added more ice cream they would have to charge me more money. I asked the “acting” manager Alina why the others were different and she said they were poured incorrectly. I asked again if she would add some and again I was met with “I can but I’ll have to charge you for it”. So I handed back the order and asked for my money back. I asked her several times if she would really rather lose a sale and throw away 4 orders than please a customer and she said “Yes” and returned my money. I asked for the name of the manager or owner or someone I could contact and she gave me some bogus name and phone number. Maybe $15.15 doesn’t mean much to her because it’s not coming out of her pocket one way or the other, but to some people it means a whole lot. They lost a sale tonight and a customer for life.

Quick efficient service and great tasting soft serve sundae.
One of the best DQ experiences I’ve had. The guy was super enthusiastic about the menu and excited to tell us about all the fan favorites and popular items, and even some menu hacks. I tried something out of my norm and wasn’t disappointed. We’ll done DQ!Vegetarian options: As far at the dessert goes, all vegetarian ?

I can’t imagine what the owner of this place would think if he sent someone in here as a customer to check this place out I came here with my family for some nice relaxing ice cream time and 2 blond headed girls was so rude disrespectful disgusting to the I think she was brown headed with her hair pulled back she asks them if they would make 2 cokes cause she was making ice cream and they went off on her in front of several customers including myself they also made her bring all the ice creams out and wouldn’t help her at all I wish I could of caught the girls name but I will be sure to get it next time can’t imagine how it feels being bullied at work
