First time me and my family tried this place…gave it 2 stars only because the setup was nice but the blonde girl working this night (Tuesday July 15, 2025) ruined it for us and we won’t be back because of this woman! She was very rude and in-personable. Never smiled once and instead of greeting us she asked me and my 7yr old “what do you want?” Not, Hi how are you guys tonight? What can I get you? I kinda felt like as if she and her boyfriend just broke up or something…either way we won’t be back! Oh and the ice cream was ehhhh!!!

This place was beautiful and so good. We can’t wait to come back again. The ice cream was 10/10. The shop and decorations were also a 10/10. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. Must try and come here.

Ruby is the most impressive service industry employee I have encountered in years and it’s not even close. This business offers a premium product and this young ladies genuine dedication to her customers is refreshing, perhaps even more refreshing than the delicious ice cream from this local spot on a hot summer day. And that is saying something. Well done. 10/10 service.

Delectable delights is an awesome edition to downtown Winter Haven. There shop is so cute on the interior and even the outer interior . The owners and staff are awesome and so nice. The owners are very nice and take lots of pride in what they do. They have even won awards for their ice cream! They load up even the smallest of bowls! And the prices are very decent. They always have a good selection of Jellycats. This is a nice slice of home for us who recently moved from Illinois. We will always come back again and again! I would recommend to all of you in downtown Winter Haven!

Delicious ice cream, a great variety of flavors, they have lactose free options. The service was very good as well. They have a reward system. Will definitely come back!
