I waited 20 minutes to be seated with a almost empty restaurant to the point I just wanted to get my food and leave I paid for my food to go and waited in my car for my food, they we’re doing repairs on the drop ceiling too close to customers and I didn’t know who to order from because nobody was in uniform. I asked the guy on the ladder 🪜 what’s taking me so long to be seated he said we’re backed up . Had better service at the zoo concession stands what’s going in this place it’s definitely a different experience

If I could give this nasty place a zero I would. I came in just to get pancakes at 11:45 pm. There was a huge party that had just gotten there and it took her literally 25 minutes to take their order. Meanwhile while I waited for 25 minutes; 3 Polk county sheriff’s came in. We were the only 3 parties there and I was alone. I came in before the sheriffs and I look up to see her taking the sheriffs drinks before she ever asked me what I wanted to drink or to let me know she’d be with me in a few minutes. Nothing. Finally I was almost in tears when I left, I was so hungry. I got up to leave and told her I was there before them (the sheriff’s) and then she proceeded to give excuses to why she took them a drink first. This was the nastiest Denny’s I’ve ever been to and will never be back. It smells putrid when you walk in the front door; the carpet is so old. Rude rude rude. Terrible choice I made walking in those doors. Don’t take the risk!!!!

Bree was my Waitress. She was very attentive to all my needs. She kept on my table which was only me which I really enjoyed my food it was cooked to profession and I asked her who could my breakfast and she said she did due to his only one cook in the back she did an awesome job with my breakfast. She greeted me with a beautiful smile it was very pleasant her customer service with me was excellent. She's a keeper if I may say, Bree keep up the great work stay positive and keep that smile on your face always

Not the best location. I've had a lot of bad experiences from Denny's in the past,and this is the final nail in the coffin for me. Extremely slow service, waited forever to get seated and then never got served after waiting 40 minutes. We ended up paying for our drinks and walking out. It was busy, but not busy enough to be completely ignored. At the time of this post the AC doesn't work at this location either ,so yeah .. extremely stuffy in there. Have fun! We'll be going to IHOP from now on , I'm officially done with Denny's.

AC broken. I feel bad for the employees who have had to work in this heat around a hot kitchen as well. It got to 87 inside by the time we left at 10am. My toddler and I split a meal. Good pancakes and hash browns. Soggy sad bacon. Fruit was half edible, half had to be tossed aside. Waitress’s first words to us was “do you know what you want?” I’d be in a rush too if I was on the verge of a heat illness.
