After working a 12-hour shift, we decided to go out for breakfast and arrived at 7:40 a.m. There were not many people. The waitress told us to sit at any of the front tables. We were extremely tired and did not want to sit near a table where people were talking loudly, so we chose another table. The waitress became upset and started murmuring, questioning whether we had really sat there.
When she came to our table, she didn’t even say good morning. She simply asked, “What are you having?” We ordered orange juice, and she walked away turning her face with a clear attitude. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave. As we were leaving, she said, “Oh, okay, bye.”
This review is for management. This is not the first time we’ve experienced this at this location. Employees consistently show poor attitudes. If you have employees who don’t want to work on a day like today, it’s better to let them stay home. I’m sure there are many people who would be happy to work.
We went to the McDonald’s next door, and even though the employee there was sick, she served us with a smile and a great attitude. Your location lost a sale, and the waitress lost a tip. Customer service needs serious improvement because it is terrible.

Service was very awful took us 10 minutes to sit down after standing at the front while the whole place had only two people in it. She didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink waited 10minutes before we could get a drink. Our food was sitting at the window while they was chatting and hanging around just looking and talking instead of actually taking care of refills or asking if we need anything instead they look like they don’t want to be here more do they care about this restaurant

Took forever to be acknowledged and seated in an empty restaurant. Server never checked if we needed drink refills. Waited over 30 mins for food. Server was M.I.A. With food sitting in the window. Server and manager looked miserable. Wont return.

Reduced Holiday menu but at least they were open on Christmas - which was very helpful. Our server - Natasha - was attentive, festive and fun.

This Denny’s (The Meltdown) is rundown with poor sanitation practices. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously and retrains staff on proper sanitation procedures

Denny’s has stepped up there game. I swore the place off 5 years ago due to how far downhill they went. They have worked hard to improve and it shows. The only downside is: they also raised their prices substantially, enough so that even though it was great. unfortunately it won’t be a frequent stop for us. As good as the experience was, unless it is late at night there are better options for the new price range.
