What a pleasant surprise! We have eaten at Denny’s twice for the first time in a few years. The first was in a location I won’t mention but it was disappointing. The restaurant was dirty and outdated. The food wasn’t horrible but not great either. Tonight was different. The Denny’s in Winter Haven was great! Donna greeted us as we came in the door and provided the best service. The food was great, everything was nice and clean, and Donna is the perfect example of excellent customer service. We love having breakfast at night from time to time and we have a new favorite place for that! We hope to see Donna again as well!

I don’t usually write reviews but i just really wanted to commend my server Miss T. From when we were seated to when we left, the service was amazing. Miss T was very kind and patient with us and made sure everything was to our liking.Kid-friendliness: Miss T made my daughter smile and laugh the whole time. We usually have a hard time getting her to stay in one place to eat her food but Miss T didn’t mind and even played little games with her whenever she got antsy.

Ordered burger for take out and it was so full of grease could not eat it. Tried to call the restaurant but phone just went too busy every time. Never go her again.
