This is my favorite chain pizza restaurant in the Winter Haven area.
It's pretty easy to get to, there's a lot of parking, and I've never really had an issue with service or food that I can remember. I just wish they delivered out to my area.

Great food and friendly employees. To my surprise they even have indoor seating if u wish to eat there! This is the only location I've seen like that and it seems nice and cozy! It's actually pretty comfy while waiting on order to be ready too.

Was surprised our order for a lg pie and garlic knots wasnt ready after 35min but there was only person working when we got there..No problems at all with our food!

They tell you 15 to 20 minutes, so i showed up in 35, still had to wait another 20...

I had an order for 25 pizzas this morning and pick up at 11:00 a.m. I pick him up at 10:45 and get back to my location where my catering party is happening open the boxes 5 minutes after I pick them up and the pizzas are all cold. This is ridiculous and embarrassing that Domino's even serves this to my staff. Don't waste your time doing a catering order from this location and when I called the manager they had nothing to say about it but that they were under the heat lamps. Well the pizza is cold Mr manager The heat lamps didn't do anything. What a joke!

I have no complaints and everything I checked 5 stars is that. I have not eaten inside. Delivery here is the quickest is #1 in Polk County.

I loved this location, it looks like classic but modern. Comfortable seats and large bathroom, very clean and well attended

Good pizza, fast and friendly.

Only problem I have is that new stuff crust pizza is really really really NASTY. I just want a credit that’ pizza is tbe worst I ever had 100% trash please take off menu that’s not pizza

Unfortunately to not have dry Alfredo you need to pay extra ! The manager Jason was unable to offer any help whatsoever with my Alfred that was completely dry. All i asked was for him to put alittle extra sauce since my mother had difficulty swallowing.
He once again rejected. Interrupting me while I tried to kindly speak to him. All he said was “I can’t give you extra product I can’t charge you for” even though I had explained to him there was practically no sauce on the pasta making it very dry. He continue to interrupt me even saying that he was gonna correct the staff so that they wouldn’t make exceptions in the future since he’s the manager there.

Me and my family are very frequent customers (10members) they are usually amazing.

NEVER COMING BACK! I am extremely unhappy. Feelings and moods here clearly come first since I’ve never had this problem outside of him. How very disappointing.
