They messaged me on here saying to email them, still do not have a resolution and it has been over a month of them telling me they would have the GM call me. This definitely explains why I stopped ordering from them. Inconsistency, false promised, they tell you to do something to try and resolve the review like they are going to handle it and they don't even respond anymore after the 1st email to them after on the review they say to email. For Service I would give negative if I could as they are not trying to resolve it but trying to make you forget.
Very unsatisfied, I used to order dominos a lot and now I rarely order from there. Today I wanted the stuffed cheese bread and my son wanted to have the bread bowl. Very upset with how I showed up 15 minutes after the specified time ordering online said that the food would be ready between 537-547. I showed up close to 6, pay for the food to find out that it hasn't even gone into the oven yet. Now I am irritated as I was set to a schedule and was working around the timeframe that was given to me from ordering online. Then I looked online again and checked the status after waiting a little while and the time changed to a 607. Surprise the time was already 609 and the food wasn't ready. Finally after being at the facility for almost a half hour I got my order. But while I was waiting I witnessed one of the staff saying they were not focused on one of the screens as they are trying to clear a different screen. Like the orders on the take out screen didn't matter at all. I'm sorry but after today. I am not very pleased with Dominos or there guarantee that they have online as the staff could see that I was frustrated. When I got home the food was not all that great like quickly thrown together, the garlic sauce completely missed on the crust. The spinach and feta barely had any cheese for the stuffed cheesey bread and not very satisfied at the service. I watched staff clocking out and leaving even though they were slammed with orders. Was not pleased at all and to consider how much I used to order from dominoes, I think I can see why I stopped ordering as much as the quality of service and food has gone down.

I planned a joke for my daughters birthday. She loves impractical jokers Tanka Jahari. I spoke manager Lorraine a day before and she was extremely helpful in getting it organized. We ordered alot of pizzas and had the awesome Casey deliver them. He was absolutely perfect for the task. Everyone text how great the pizza were. Thank you for going above and beyond!!!

We waited an hour for the pizza, and when the delivery guy arrived, he didn't knock and just left it on the floor. I have it recorded on camera. Then a cat showed up because the delivery guy didn't notify us.

My family enjoys having pizza and movie nights every Friday. I had several bad experiences ordering at this location that came with terrible service. I filed a complaint after continuous bad service and I am grateful that my complaint was taking serious by Ms. Jennifer. Ms. Jennifer rectified the situation and provided great customer service and a great service. Thank you!

The manager JAMIE at the winter haven store on Havendale across from Tom's Diner is the absolute BEST!!!! She is the main reason I come back EVERY week for pizza!!!! She takes pride in what she does and she is a big part of the reason we go to her store!!!! I really can't say enough about her and her amazing customer service and kindness she shows each and every week!!! Jamie, YOU ROCK!!!! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!!!!
