I had a great experience with this Domino's location! Cody, who took my order over the phone, was very friendly and efficient. He made sure my order was exactly right. The delivery was fast, and Shyanne the delivery driver, was polite we even talked about cars for a minute. The pizza arrived hot. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I like Domino's the Italian Sausage Marinara breadbowl rather than the dish. Philly Cheese steak, and Italian sandwiches are my favorites. For Pizza My preferred crust is always handtossed. For bread sticks I only eat the Stuffed Chessy bread. When you order Mix and Match 2 for $6.99 you get a pop menu coupon for $6.99 for 4 drinks. On every delivery order I get excellent friendly service with very good delivery times.

One of the rudest people and customer service ever

I called them tonight to reorder and order I made yesterday and the manager "Cody"calls me with a nasty attitude claiming that the address that I used was incorrect to what there was so I asked him what was the address he refused to tell me. The part that bothers me is that he cancels the order after calling me but didn't mention anything about if the address was incorrect or not which I know that it wasn't incorrect because I ordered their three times in a row this week and I've been ordering here for the past 2 years. So people please try to avoid Cody he complains about a safety issue for his driver but we always take care of the driver for this address. Not to mention he totally ruined the family's night because we came in so late and needed to order some food an hour and a half before closing. Thanks Cody I will not be telling most or if not all of my friends not to go to this location or deal with your nasty attitude.

The Manager as well as some of their delivery staff are young adults who don’t respect. They can make someone’s day go bad with their attitudes. I feel for those who put in the effort to get the food made. An undercover boss is needed

The problem with this Domino's is apparently they don't have to honor their corporate coupons. The coupon is two items one could be a medium pizza with two toppings. I ordered a medium Pizza with barbecue sauce instead of marinara sauce, bacon, chicken, and extra cheese. According to the app there was an extra charge for cheese and I expected that. What I didn't expect was a dollar up charge to substitute barbecue for marinara. And a "premium toppings" up charge for bacon and chicken. So apparently when it says two toppings it only means whatever two toppings they say. And then of course the extra cheese. when you order this and you look at your description it says there is no extra charge for any of the toppings except for cheese. It's in the fine print. I've been ordering from Domino's for years and years. I guess this is my last time.
So the GM Cody or Coby whatever his name was took it upon himself to cancel my order because of a conversation he had with someone else. Two different people ordered from the same address a female called to confirm they confirmed. Next minute I’m getting a notification that my order was cancelled they were called 3 times once by me in pure confusion. He claimed my sister was being hostile mind you the calls are recorded !!!!! I’m sure all he heard was he yelling at her kid not the lady! And for “their safety” of the neighborhood we are in which is a very nice one so I don’t know what he was getting at with that. I will come on here everyday until something is done.

We had come in to pick up our order and when we gave them our name they noticed they didn’t have that name in the system. the guy was really nice and helped us figure out the location for our pizza order. The store was very clean and staff was so friendly and helpful.

Been using this location now for a little bit over a year since they opened have zero issues or complaints. If we have Food that is incorrect or has an issue they are quick to fix and do a great job. Everybody makes mistakes it’s how they correct them that counts, we had a pizza that we picked up that had the wrong toppings we called they instantly fixed it gave us another pizza and told us to keep the other one at no charge. I have zero issues. Great customer service.

I've been ordering from Domino's Pizza quite frequently, and it's still my favorite pizza place. What really sets them apart, though, is their outstanding service. The delivery driver, Jada, is exceptionally friendly and professional. She's always a joy to speak with, making each delivery experience special. Additionally, the manager, Cody, has shown incredible kindness and professionalism. It's clear that they both prioritize customer satisfaction, and it truly makes a difference. The pizza, as always, is delicious. Highly recommend Domino's for both their food and their service!

After waiting 40 minutes for 2 pizzas when it was finally done the workers didn’t even hand it to me I had to tell them to give me my order just unbelievable not going to this dominos ever again
