We came for the wings. We were told they were better than Glory Days WH. I'll be honest they were definitely hot and fresh, and meaty! The competition is real! I am a fan of the boom boom honey garlic sauce. I wish you had a sweet Thai chili sauce as an option. The tots were undercooked and fell apart, needed to be cooked a little longer.

I just had the worst experience at Dukes. What has happened?? First was forever to get the meal. Once I got the nachos, I noticed they were burnt. That wasn’t the issue the main n issue is the bag was sealed as always the box was closed my second bite and I felt grit and almost broke my tooth. I spit it out and it was an intact dirty screw

Server's are so ignorant and rude. Place is filthy and I know it's Florida and roaches are everywhere, but seriously, a restaurant. Saw one too many while our party was there dining. We've tried this place several times and every time the service is horrible with nasty attitudes. We are done with this place

Duke's delayed my order an hour so I couldn't eat my dinner with my husband. They sent the dasher away saying they were delayed, a new dasher got sent to pick up my food and then CANCELLED my order totally! So now I have to order from another restaurant and wait even longer! I will never give them my business again!

I have ordered with Dukes on Doordash and it's been ok. Today was the first time we went into Duke's. Nice place and waitress was nice and polite.
Food was the worst thing I have ever had before. The white gravy on the country fried stakes was almost clear likewater with parsley flakes. The mashed potatoes was the worst thing I have ever tasted. Took one bite and couldn't eat any of it. Same for my moms as well. Order the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy with steamed broccoli and a small Ceasars salad.
The waitress was nice and friendly but the food I wouldn't even feed to my pet. I cant believe the difference in a few years thos place took. We would ordered on Doordash during covid in 2020 and 2021 however had stopped doing that and on a fluck decided let's actually go to Winter Haven from Auburndale and go check them out. They have a cool place to hang out but the food was such a let down. I can't state enough one bite and couldn't move past the taste.
The manager never came to the table since we were only give one meal off of ticket we boxed everything up and took it home stopped off at Arby's for dinner and while there called the restaurant to speak with manager now for full picture there was only two tables in the entire place with people when we left a young couple and a part of 3 at a booth. Took the manager 3 minutes to come to the phone he said he was aware of the problem before we even boxed up the food and paid for it but must have been busy counting money in the back and didn't come out to the table. He kept saying our food is great and we said just walk back there and try the potatoes something is seriously wrong. He kinda blew it off. He said that we could come back and try something else on the house like shepherds pie now if someone says your mash potatoes are bad why recommend something with that item. ? the guy wasn't mean or anything he just didn't believe the food was an issue. He finally refunded the meal in full which at least he did do. If they would have someone tasting what they served us I can say it wouldn't of left the kitchen. Maybe go for drinks and not foods with their potatoes and fried foods with the gravy. For over $70 for three dinners you expect to get past the bite on the entrée.

1st time at this location. Great food, good service! We'll be back for sure! A few mistakes from the kitchen were quickly fixed. UPDATE : Google won't let you write more than 1 review, but I just wanted to say how great the food is here again! Even on a busy night, our food was good again, a little light on the wing sauce this time, but it brought me an extra side, and it was great! Great friendly service!
UPDATE: 10/1/24 We haven't been here in probably a year, not since I was told that my raw chicken wings were because they're using a different supplier, and that was the manager. We went again yesterday, and we both got the pretzel with cheese sauce and some boneless wings. The wings were chewy and tough, and the cheese sauce was thick like cream cheese and had no beer flavor! Those were our favorite pretzels with beer sauce from anywhere we've ever been, and yesterday was terrible. The wings had great flavor otherwise! My wife and I both had what felt like some kind of food poisoning all day today and we can't guarantee we got sick from Dukes, but it was the only meal we shared together and none of the food was really hot. I think that's out last time giving Dukes a chance to get better! I love the menu selection and all the drink choices, the TV'S, and it's a local restaurant we like to support, but we just take anymore chances with the questionable food quality. ✌️
