I make a mobile order at home then drive the 10 min it takes to get there. I get here and wait another 10 min while the staff frantically take care of the drive through and ignore mobile orders. All for one single coffee.

40 minutes from getting in line and leaving. Ordered through app or would have not stayed in line. When i finally got to window i receiced a drink, cant call it coffee when it was just milk and sugar. Had to wait another 15 minutes for food that was inedible. It smelled and tasted like burning rubber. There is no way anyone was eating that literal garbage.

Every time I come to this location my coffee tastes amazing/fresh and they make it just as I ask! I live in Auburndale and my store never does it right so I sometimes drive all the way to this one lol also the women who work here are so sweet and helpful :)

I visited this Dunkin' Donuts location to do some online work and ordered a hot coffee and a bagel during the Bogo Happy Hour, which starts after 2 PM. After finishing my work, I returned 45 minutes later to get my free coffee, but I was denied. I was told that the free coffee had to be included with my original order, which didn’t make sense since I was working on my laptop the whole time, and the night shift staff saw me there. To avoid, I ended up buying another coffee. So, here's the thing, I've been to other Dunkin' in the area and never had this issue before, nor been denied for a FREE coffee during Bogo Happy Hour.
Here’s a suggestion: Retrain your night shift staff and next time you run a Bogo Happy Hour offer, please make sure your advertisement is clear this way your staff doesn't have to deny your customers the FREE coffee during Bogo Happy Hour.
Lastly, maybe if the night shift staff spent less time on their phones, the bathroom would be cleaner..

The ladies of DD are always friendly and funny. They make it feel like you're stopping off at a friend's house for a cup of coffee and some homemade yum.
I came in to order a hot black coffee and there was a young lady waiting to be serviced before me. All of the staff members were ignoring her and the young lady was with her children and seemed to be patiently waiting. She asked the employees if they could please see if the manager was available yet and said nicely i have been waiting 30 minutes. The tall girl with long hair and glasses rolled her eyes and asked me what i wanted to order and completely disregarded the ladies concern. I ordered my drink and paid but i wont be back to this location due to the lack of basic customer service skills. Im not sure why someone would need to wait for 30 minutes to see a manager at a Dunkin Donuts. Once the manager came out i realized the young lady just wanted to receive her points and discount. The transaction between them only took a couple of minutes and there should have been no reason for her to have to wait and be disrespected that way. After the young lady left with her family the employees were talking badly about her and her family. This type of juvenile behavior will destroy a business. If people want to receive their discounts and points that are offered then why give them such a hard time about it? Additionally, the cashier doesn't know what shes doing and does not have a good attitude. There were 5 people including the manager and apparently the manager was doing everything seeing as she was unavailable for 30 minutes while the staff stood around laughing at the girl & her family making them feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Shameful!

The short chubby white girl that works in the morning is extremely rude . She has no place in the customer service industry. I politely asked a question and she argued with me about a small misunderstanding and she kept yelling with a loud aggressive tone. I see plenty of bad reviews at this place for the same reasons. Don’t come here , you will be mistreated .
