I order a iced coffee and an iced latte and a hot coffee through Uber eats yesterday for my co workers and I at work and it took about 20 mins before a Uber driver came to pick it up but they made our order immediately and didn’t wait till the driver got there so when our order got to us both coffees were completely melted :( and my co workers coffee was so dark I put for 4 cream and 4 sugar but it looks like there is no cream like maybe just 1 pump she was really disappointed and so was I and the hot coffee was cold as well when we received it so now that’s $24 dollars down the drain cause Uber won’t refund me so that’s another disappointment I’ve never had this issue before but they made all these drinks so badly yesterday and didn’t even consider the fact we got completely melted drinks brought to us 👎

The line was SUPER LONG by the looks of the line you would think the food was GREAT but far from it. I didn't know if to laugh at how ridiculous or be pissed about the meal I received. The only good thing was the coffee with coffee and location it is always a hit or miss situation but this day it was the only good thing. I got the deal that is being offered the sandwich,coffee and hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they were stuck in the back of the fridge forgotten about and then finally fried. The sandwich well just take a look at the picture it looks like they packed it after smashing it down. I don't think I would return here.

Early morning. Needle parts floating in men's restroom toilet. Makes you wonder what you just got yourself into. Toilet does not flush either.

Ordered a sesame seed bagel w cream cheese today, best bagel I’ve had in a while. Perfectly toasted, crunchy, soft center not dry and tough to chew. Definitely was a fresh bagel! Had to give a compliment….I always order a decaf latte w oat milk-delicious and perfectly made all the time!

Food was okay a little dry, had the egg cheese and bacon wrap. Apparently they are the only fast food place I’ve ever heard of that doesn’t have any mayonnaise to put on your sandwich, so it ends up being dry. Some of the drive thru staff could be a little bit nicer. The maple sugar bacon is disgusting and gritty. They do have decent prices for the food.
