Went inside because the drive thru went around the building. There was one other person inside ordering. The girl behind the counter was busy as was every other staff member but she stopped to take my order and even make a Dunkings joke with me. I love Dunkin. Their coffee can't be beat.

Exceptional service I received this morning from Mia, in your Winter Haven store. I had placed a large order to collect this morning, and yes, she had it ready (and brewed the coffee fresh as I walked in), but her whole attitude was truly exceptional. Greeting everyone as they entered, making everyone feel valued and that their orders were on track, warm, bubbly and extra efficient. A joy to interact with on a very busy morning. Kudos to her and to your team there!

This is my local location, so maybe I'm biased, but I hardly ever have an issue here, and the few times I have, it's always been rectified immediately. They update the app when things are out of stock, they fix drinks and refund things immediately with no issues. I've been to other locations that have insisted they can't update the app for oos and couldn't refund me in real time or provide any assistance in figuring out a reasonable solution. This location, however, seems to have knowledgeable and empowered team members who don't shy away from making the customer happy!

It seemed to take a long time for a simple coffee order. The staff was alright . The coffee was pretty good.
They always have nice service at this location, love to come here!Kid-friendliness: They have great variety of breakfast items for kids(smaller portions) highly recommend their breakfast wrap or loaded hashbrowns!
I don’t know what happened to this Dunkin but as of lately they have not been making good coffee it’s got to be because of the new workers. Not enough cream, sugar or mocha just bland and when I do tell them it’s way too much of everything ??♀️

The past few visits have been very disappointing. Seems to not be enough staff as the wait for donuts and coffee is ridiculous. And why was my donut cold? They also lack good customer service which makes it even worst. #
