Good coffee great staff

Waited 10 mins in line. Lady taking orders outside skipped me. When I asked if she’ll take my order she was rude and told me to go back around??😂😂

To the customer who ruined our music experience. Thank you. I checked your account and you leave a lot of one stars. Maybe the issue is you. Now when I sit inside to drink my chai the experience is not the same. Bring back the Drake. Love, a loyal customer turned sad.

I ordered 1 of the specialty coffee drinks..it was not good at all..way too sweet..it had more flavored syrup than coffee and with that said, coffee wasnt anything to write home about either..only saving grace was the service..was not impressed overall..save your $$$ and find somewhere else

I took a Dutch Bros account, put $20 on account. What a mistake. Over two months now and cannot access my money. Jumping hoops to get a refund.

The app is not very user friendly. Staff are sweethearts.

Hard to say if this place is good or not when the lobby is locked. Hours say they are open and people were in the drive thru being helped. I was staying at the hotel behind this location and all the doors were locked.

Absolutely disgusted! Last night I pulled up for a coffee and found the staff playing the raunchy rap song full blast and twerking. I had to have my child cover their ears! No business should have unedited vulgar music with all the profanity playing loud enough to hear it from the street. Its a coffee shop, not a strip club! Or so I thought anyway.

The people were nice but it took over 20 minutes waiting for a drink I order ahead. And the dink was just sitting there so it was watered down and tasted nasty. Sweet employee but I won’t be coming back.

First visit was a very great experience. Our server MJ was the best ever her whole vibe was a vibe an I really enjoyed my chia tea an would recommend to anyone.

Im so upset I ask extra Carmelo drizzle and add Splenda and freez coffe, and guest what no caramelo drizzle no Splenda and very watery, even though I asked twice and the said yes. In the beginning there were great now it was horrible. This happened today at 9am

Coffee had no taste to it, I got the sugar free white chocolate but tasted like iced milk. I threw it out. The staff was nice though.

Latte was NOT how i prefer it and was NOT given any options to make it the way I wanted online. And had little to no help when i went inside and asked upon picking it up. 1st and last time ordering here.
