Wonderful staff and DELICIOUS sandwiches prepared perfectly. It's our favorite sandwich place. Always clean and the temperature is right. We just love Firehouse subs!

first time ever using this restaurant, ordered my sandwich with no tomato. I was asked if I wanted a pickle slice and I said no.

For such a simple sandwich, it took a rather long time to make it, which is weird cause I was the only one in the store.

And of course, my sandwich had tomato and a slice of pickle.

Pretty strange only working on one sandwich the only customer in the store and they cannot get the sandwich, correct

Not to mention, it seems extremely pricey

Way way way to much much mayo. So much thats thats all a could tast. So much that everything just slipped off the bread. So much that the bread was soggy. It was gross. So sad because this was one of my favorite spots. Not sure if I'll go back.

Food was fresh and ready at the pick up station once I walked in. Ordering online was easy access as well. This location will be my regular location now for subs

Can’t rate food because we’re still waiting for it. Service terrible. 8 workers to make 2 sandwiches a fry. Waited 20 minutes for a to go order. And we were the only customers. Store was dirty. Not again.

The staff was inclusive and welcoming! First time just passing by with friends. I love the sauce selection and the hidden gems in it! This place made an impression on me for the brand and will definitely make me stop when traveling and seeing one as a trusted place to fill your stomach in confidence 🙌🏾

The food tasted great and I received more than I was expecting. The employees were also friendly and helpful. I would recommend Firehouse Subs! The restaurant itself could use some updating to make for a more interesting atmosphere, but of course keeping with the Firehouse theme.
