The food tastes good like the other 5 Guys but it seems to be getting expensive. 54.00 for 3 people. This location received a 1 star because the AC didn't seem to be working correctly. It was very humid and warm and sticky inside the restaurant. They also allowed a person to come in and order and eat with no shirt on and a bit disgusting.

I finally tried this restaurant for the first time. And, let me tell you, it will NOT BE MY LAST!!! The food was INCREDIBLE!!! The burger was juicy, hot and made exactly how I ordered it....delicious!!! And, it was huge. Well worth the money. Don't get me started on the fries. I'm a huge potato fan and fries are up there at the top as far as personal preference. Boy oh boy were those fries off the chain AWESOME!!! I could have made a meal out of just the burger or just the fries. But, I ate both of them together and BAM...a new favorite place to eat. My only regret....I didn't try it sooner and I can't afford to eat it at least once a week, which I would could I afford to. So yummy. Bottom line folks....GO GET YOU SOME!!!! I can't wait till my next visit!!

We haven't been to Five Guys in a while, so we had sticker shock. We love the quality and quantity of food; we just weren't expecting to pay over $40 for fast food. Also, people who have peanut allergies, they cook their potatoes in peanut oil. Overall, excellent food, but a tad pricey

False photos. These are of the Store in Lakeland I believe, not in Winter Haven. The store in Winter Haven is so small you'll be lucky to sit down to eat in. The store owner shot himself in the foot on this store when he moved from previous location. We ate there one and only one time and found 2 employees sitting at separate tables on a break not allowing customers sit and eat. This shop only has like 3 tables, maybe 4. Yes it has some outside seating but hey, who wants to sit outside right next to the road on Cypress! Bad location!
