Best Lobster Roll in the south… why? They brought their coast of Maine business to Florida !! The Lobster comes from Maine as do their rolls, perfectly toasted! BBQ is to die for too!

Such nice people and great food! Have not had anything BBQ as of yet but I have indulged in the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Whole Belly Fried Ipswich clams with fries. Being born South of Boston I am a huge fan of New England seafood and I am a diehard lover of fried clams. NOT strips but whole belly clams. Gaskins does not disappoint, they are fantastic. I only wish they were able to serve them at their Lakeland location (closer for me).Why not a 5? Well, if I could 4.5 I would. The hard part is, the clams are so good, but they have VERY limited availability. they bring back such good memories from the weekend and summers on the Cape.

Was in the area and found this Gem! Deliciousness.. that Lobster roll is everything and the pull pork sandwich with the Cole slaw (forgot the name of it) liked the banana ? cream pie as well. Great customer and prices were not bad at all.. I will be coming back, when I’m on this side agian..

John and his family are doing it all at Gaskins BBQ & Lobster! From fork tender brisket to creamy white cheddar mac n cheese...I have never had anything here I haven't liked! The wings are smoked and fried crispy. Pair them with the Alabama white bbq sauce and it's a no brainer. The lobster rolls are packed with flavor and the Ipswich clam strips are a must try. Be sure to tell John that Cameron & Pamela sent ya!

We found this restaurant based on yelp reviews didn't seem like much or know what to expect when we pulled in but certainly glad we did the lobster rolls were wonderful and the brisket plate was off the hook. Priced reasonably service was great very clean and we will be going back when in the area.

First time guest. Excellent location and super clean. The food was outstanding and worth the "market prices". Tender and flavorful seasoned with moist lobster bites fresh from the seas. I was too full to try the assortment of desserts.

I shouldn’t be given a review since I don’t like crowded places. !!! This place should be full of people. Food is amazing!!!! You got to have the lobster roll. Yes a little pricey, but you are eating lobster. Totally worthy. Pull pork really good, the brisket also amazing. I definitely come back
The food here is usually good but they do weird stuff like when you order Brisket they give it to you shredded and I'm fairly certain it's not all brisket when it's shredded the meat just seems different. They claim you can ask for it sliced but always give you a hard time when you do. They are also out of items all the time and have things on their online menu they say they don't carry anymore. Don't fall for their excuse of we smoke it fresh daily because no matter what time of day you go there they claim to be out, open midday or close. Their pricing is also slightly high compared to the quality and amount of food you get. If you're looking for an overpriced drive through style BBQ place with 3.5 star food at 5 star prices Gaskins is your place.

Ok we are on our third visit. It's our after church stop now and you can't go wrong choosing either their pulled pork or their ghetto Lobster roll. Both are so good, it's hard to choose what to have to eat. Such a pleasure having a place that serves an affordable lobster roll with great side choices and great barbecue. I can also recommend their banana pudding made with vanilla wafers and fresh bananas. The staff is very friendly and offered to deconstruct a lobster roll so we could bring it home to to my sister. At this point we have had all the lobster roll choices during our visits including the smoked lobster, which is also excellent. I still can't get past the ghetto roll dripping in garlic butter, it's my favorite. I want these guys to stay open and every time we are there it just isn't that busy. Please don't be put off by it advertising barbecue AND lobster. Long live this place! I hope everyone gives it a try.

So my family is from Maine and todays soup of the day was clam chowder. It was so delicious it really hit the spot. My family and I have never had a bad meal here and the staff are always pleasant and hard working. Keep up the great work!
